Nice, spacious rooms with small balcony and Mountain View’s. Dog friendly hotel. Our Stella was welcome everywhere. Good breakfast with local products.

Furniture on balcony was very basic and did not invite for longer stays outside, on the other hand the hotel had very nice public lounge areas. As the hotel did offer a public fridge with drinks, there was no private fridge available in the room and also no water heater for coffee or tea. During our stay the restaurant was closed. The Sternen is only a 2 minute walk, all other restaurants are at least 30 minutes walk or short distance by car.

The hotel is located in a very beautiful area, surrounded by the mountains and a green landscape that makes you think you're in a movie. The breakfast was full of options and really delicious. The bedroom was cozy, very spacious and also with nice views. There is also an entertainment room with a tennis table, a pool table and a cinema for the bad weather days or just for relaxing at night.

It's more of a personal taste, I guess, but my husband and I prefer a bit harder mattresses.

The food was delicious with a small but focused menu. Local produce featured on it and was fresh and wholesome. There was a games room and cinema in the basement. Our room was spacious with a balcony and stunning mountain view.

The breakfast had very few options, partly because it was easter holidays. But still for 15chf, atleast give scrambled eggs.

Everything. What's not to like. Firstly the hotel location was in a really amazing place, you had all the mountains nearby and the scenarios is so beautiful, there is a river just a few meters away and it's a calming process to hear it in the morning out in the balcony or during the day where you can go near to it and sit out, or at night while sleeping. it's so lovely. The facilities - they have an amazing restaurant, with plenty of room and places to sit, there's a place where you can chill and the best for last, their entertainment place, they have a billiards, a Kino, football table (tabletop), and also a table tennis for you to play with friends or your companion. Now the Room - We were located in the 2nd floor, room number 245, the room was quite large, it had a large bathroom, with a bathtub (which we always love), it was clean, the bed was comfy and quite large (two single beds together with something in the middle so it looks like one large bed), it had a sofa on the side with a table where you could sit and enjoy. The balcony is also large and it has two chairs and a table where you could enjoy the view of the beautiful mountains. I told the staff beforehand that i am coming for an romantic weekend, and they made sure to make it more pleasant for us, with heart shaped chocolate on our bed. There is one coop market nearby and has all the stuff you need. Free and large parking. Nice and very helpful staff. Clean and beautiful Hotel. First time giving a 10 star from my side, however i would consider 9.5 because of the things I didn't like (not a huge deal breaker)

The room heating wasn't working during the day that properly, so the room was a bit chilly, and then after midnight it got better. We told the receptionist and they came directly to check it, and they put it on max, really helpful from there, but the heater wasn't responding again) And i didn't like the separate bedsheets because i was with my fiancé and we want to sleep inside one bedsheet... and one was too small, but not a huge deal breaker.

Location of the hotel was perfect, walking distance from the lifts.. moreover it was a family-friendly hotel with a very nice room for kids to play when parents were dining. There is also kids cinema and a playroom with ping pong which kids enjoyed very much, we will definitely visit this place again in the future.

Quality of breakfast was very good but they would need to replace whatever is consumed faster, for the people who come late... Mattresses in some rooms should be replaced, they are not comfortable enough and seem pretty old.

Everything was amazing, from the breakfast to the games room to the cinema! We would definitely stay here again. Service was friendly, the view was amazing, the walking-routes were so beautiful. After our trip, the whole voted on what was our favourite hotel. Berg & Bett Santis lodge won!

Maybe the popcorn coooould get cheaper? Otherwise, everything was good, thanks.

Absolutely well recommended this place!!! Receptionist at the hotel so helpful and kind!!!! We did receive a nice chocolate bar in the room ❤️ The view was amazing from our balcony!!!!! Delicious food!!!!

Säntis Lodge was great! Clean, comfy, and family-friendly with a fun games room. The restaurant was perfect after skiing, and breakfast was good. Would stay again.

Rooms are a bit outdated but bed was really comfortable and bathroom was good.

Very convenient hotel on the main road with plenty of parking. Good room and breakfast. Pleasant staff.

Restaurant is closed out of winter season. The next hotel a short walk away had a restaurant serving very good food.
