I want to say thank you to Robert and Siling for their kindness they showed us at the reception when we checked into the hotel. They gave us some information on getting to Taroko Gorge. Furthermore, we received an upgrade to a larger room and it was very spacious. I really admire their choice in being an eco-friendly facility, trying to reduce waste and helping the environment. I want to see this in action.

Many people visit Taroko Gorge from Hualien, so I think it's a good idea to have updated information on the bus schedule from the main station, what to see and how to plan your day. We had to do this quickly at the bus station and it was a little inconvenient. This would not have been possible without a smartphone.

Quick & easy access to breakfast store (where the local) eat. Very good food & price . Walking distance from hotel. All are welcome to use hotel dinning area. You can enjoy your coffee/tea here instead of at your room. Afternoon tea break, the hotel served complimentary dessert. Very friendly & helpful team of hotel workers .

Shower area needs shower curtain

The owner of the hotel was very sympathetic and helpful. They provide free bike rentals, which really changed our stay for the better! Really great on their part to offer this for free. The location was also great, close to many restaurants, the night market and shops. The bathroom was modern and renovated.

The room was quite cold and there was no heating available. No free housekeeping service or towel change, I understand they’re a green hotel, but after a couple of days, it’s needed.

Very basic hotel, but super clean and comfortable! We loved the free bikes that the hotel provided as well! It’s unfortunate Hualien isn’t getting as much tourism right now due to many closures in Taroko Gorge, but it is a nice and relaxed area with many other things to do! I hope more people can come and experience the area!

Really nice hotel in the central area of Hualien. We looked for a place with parking & lift and found both in Finders Hotel. Great if you are traveling by car as there is spacious parking space next to the hotel. We got upgraded rooms and enjoyed our stay very much.

Only that our rooms were a bit humid and it was hard to let fresh air in.

Best hotel we had in Taiwan so far and for an incredible price! The room was spacious and with very comfortable beds. It also came with a USB charger and that was extremely helpful. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, plenty of good food and it changed every day. The location was also strategic: very central, close to a convenient store as well as many other places to eat. I really recommend it!

Staff at the reception was very nice and helpful. Most of them speak English at different levels. Bedding and pillows are very good. The bathroom is small, but everything is functional and well designed. Good mark for the excellent lighting in the bathroom. TV with many channels. Quiet place. Bicycles are offered for free. Good buffet breakfast included. Overall, it is a very good value for the price paid. Also, many restaurants are around.

Only Asian breakfast, no western style; also no fruit at all....just a banana is not complicated!!! The wardrobe is a bit small. For the shower, it is better to stop it and then to soap you after. Otherwise, the water will be splashing all around...too much opening...

Spacious room (201) with good WiFi and a powerful shower. The location is quite central. Free parking with lots of spaces. Room price was excellent.

The shower jet direction could be improved, as it is angled in an inconvenient way. Would be better if a new attachment could be added to make it adjustable for the guest.

8 of us are from Singapore. Checked in on 1 May 23, supposed to stay a night. Check-out with many regrets cos it's a very good hotel. Service staff are very courteous and helpful, especially Miss "Ah Lee", who helped us greatly by calling the agency to check on Taroko Gorge operating hours. We couldn't cross over to Cingjing that was why we stayed another night at Finders although sad that our schedule was affected but yet happy to enjoy another night stay at a wonderful hotel. Sleep was very comfortable and breakfast sumptuous. Thank you.
