The room was huge with a great bath/shower room overlooking the ocean which was really lovely. All of the hotel staff we have interacted with were very friendly and helpful. There is a laundry facility in the baseline which was really convenient. We utilised the free shuttle service to get to the train station after our stay, which was easy to set up with the staff at reception.

The hotel is a bit further away from the city centre. However, it was a nice walk and we had never felt unsafe walking back. We wanted to do some laundry, however, the two machines were both taken. We waited for some time after the cycles ended but none freed up. So we ended up using a laundromat near the hotel. Would have been great if there were more machines or a sign reminding guests to empty the machines promptly after use.

The staff members were nice and we were accommodated for early check-in. Breakfast was great, and the beds were really good as publicised.

The location was not ideal for our purpose. The gym was inadequately equipped; at the very least, they should have a universal machine.

Very spacious room for a family of 4. Excellent and a lot of choice of breakfast buffet available until 1:30pm. Ping pong table and sauna also great

The customer service is marvelous! All the staff are friendly and helpful! Facilities and foods are great enough.

The Cleanness in the bathroom is not superb. Some details like hairs or cleanness need to be enhanced. Otherwise, I appreciate the cleaning team and their heavy duty.

The hotel is fairly new and very clean. We had a room with ocean view for a family of 4. The room is very spacious to accommodate all our suitcases and hand-carrying bags and our beds are comfortable. We specially love the no carpet flooring. The bathroom has both a shower area and a bath tub and is very clean too.

Breakfast had a good range of options. However no plant based milk options? Only dairy. Otherwise very good.

The staff of the hotel were very nice and helpful. There was a sauna and steam room on the 8th Fl which was very nice after a long drive. It was great to have so many varieties to choose from.
