Excellent location near the main street and the train station. Breakfast had lots of choices and some variety each morning. The room was clean and comfortable with a kettle for tea in the room. The lobby was adorable and a fun place to take pictures!

The shower has jets that spray the sides of your body, but unfortunately, since there's no side wall on the shower, it also sprays the entire bathroom. Just be careful not to turn them on, and you will be fine.

Close to the train station, good breakfast. Many spring hotels, restaurants and store around. The hotel lobby is decorated with fairly tail features like puzzle, toys. customers can play with it. Staffs are very helpful. Can enjoy spring water bath in the room.

The cleaning was not good. There was watermark on the bathroom wall, floor and faucet. like no cleaning for long time after the previous customer left.

Location..50m away from the train station..easy access to night market and back Taipei..have quiet a fews nice restaurants near the hotel. Easy to navigate around the area, just 2 main street (front and back)

Breakfast could have better as the variety is quite limited. Same for both days during our stay.

Extremely kids and family friendly. The buffet breakfast every morning was amazing (catered well for our vegetarian family) - the chef was passionate and enthusiastic about preparing special extra meals for my family we felt like VIP. My kids especially loved the large bathroom with a massive hot spring bathtub that fit all my 4 kids. Beds were large and comfy.

3 min to train station. Its clean and the bathroom is of good size. Provides baby cot and baby bath, ready when we check in. Great kids room and also kids play area by the reception. Very good breakfast too. Staff friendly.

The kids play room is only open from 3pm. We can only use the play area next to reception before 3pm. Not a big issue but just the kids were a little disappointed.

Amazing breakfast, kind staff which let me take all the time I needed even when I arrived at end of breakfast.

Soundproofing could be better, I was in 9th floor room and woken up by loud bird sounds outside the small window and some hallway sounds.

Staff extremely helpful, free parking, great for kids (playroom + Legos in the lobby), good breakfast.

Communations with the staff was a bit awkward, but they really did try to help with everything.

The bathtub was a good size and the beds were comfortable. Especially love the size of the room and that it is nearby to the street that had lots of good food, massage places. Location was GREAT! :)

The shower room could be fully-tinted door as I didnt like that it could be seen from the room. When we went into the room we were welcomed with chlorine smell.

The hotel was located about a 5-minutes walk from the train station, extremely convenient with an array of food options around. Really spacious room with an amazing view overlooking the streets. The onsen was comfortable and easy-to-adjust temperatures. Also a very welcoming reception area for family with children.

The room felt a little damp, and the windows were layered with dust.

Got the Deluxe room, bathtub was big enough for two with nice flow of hot spring. The hotel just 3 mins walk from Jiaoxi train station, and beautiful decorated from exterior to interior, so it is hard to missed. The interior might look a bit childish in the lobby, but the room is just plainly nice and clean.

Staffs didn't explain the complex utilities, we were dumbfounded by how shower, never used such a complicated shower before, and by the way they arranged bathroom utilities like a hide and seek game.
