We felt very welcome, the reception was very helpful in giving us information about the interesting places to go, helping us get a taxi, book a bus/train tickets. It's a halal/muslim friendly, clean hotel. We enjoyed the halal breakfast buffet too, the spread wasn't huge but it was delicious and enough for us to sample the Taiwanese dishes. We highly recommend this hotel as we had a pleasant stay.

They gave us a free room upgrade, so I appreciated that! The hotel was well-equipped and very clean.

Although it's in a good neighborhood, close to the river where we watched Dragonboat races, it was farther from the station than I expected. About 1.2 kilometers away from the station. WORD OF WARNING: Don't drink the espresso from the in-house cafe.

It’s very clean and comfortable. The staff is super accommodating and friendly. They are always attentive. And the breakfast buffet is halal and in the room you can find the qiblat guidelines.

The public transport is way too fat from hotel need to walk around 15 minutes to the hotel..its more convenient if the hotel is nearear to public transport.

The staff is so kind and lovely, great food at breakfast the bed was comfy with air con and the toilet is really nice and comfortable place to stay!

the hotel is maybe a 20 mins walk from the main station and the MRT is more difficult to get too but we just cycled everywhere bit more far from touristy areas but good value for money!

Near to the bus stop & Kaohsiung Main Station. Provides halal breakfast. Check in time at 3pm but you can drop off your luggage earlier. Staff were friendly.

Tissue paper quality was not good. Please improve the Tissue paper and lighting in the room.

Very good staff, good size room, clean, walking distance to riverfront, free parking a short distance from hotel.

Our beds seemed to be on wheels and slid a bit every time we got in or out of bed. Other than that everything was very good.

It’s close to almost everything. Temples, stations. The harbor and a lot of tourist sites a few kilometers away. The breakfast buffet was also amazing
