Stayed at block 15 instead of block 13. It looks newly renovated. Have a washing machine inside for personal use. What you need are all inside the room. Sound insulation is good. Water pressure is very strong except that the power socket point is quite near to it and you might accidently get some water splash onto it. Quiet environment if you need don’t like a noisy place. Nearby bus stop that takes you the nearest night market, fengjia night market, about 4 stops away.

Quite far away from the metro. Inconvenient to find food at night as most of the shops are closed in the afternoon. However you can find a 24hr 7-11 nearby.

This hotel is tucked away in a quiet alley way very close to the MTR and other public transportion options. It is no frills but offers a decent bed, private bathroon, good wifi, and even the ability to do laundry (they provide detergent but I think you have to hang dry, which I did not have time for but I think it pretty typical for Taiwan) Taichung Central Park is nearby and EXCELLENT if you are a runner.

It would have been nice to have water on each floor (they offer some bottled water gratis, but I prefer to refill my bottle) -- but really this space has pretty much everything I needed for one person staying for a limited time.

Overall, my experience staying in this short-term rental apartment was delightful. The clean environment, quiet space, and privacy allowed me to spend a fulfilling and peaceful time here. This kind of lodging experience undoubtedly makes me want to return again.

Very clean, good location, easy check in and check out. Very compact room with everything I needed.

Doors are not sound proof so you hear your neighbors coming in and out. OK for a deep sleeper with ear plugs which are provided. Great price here, but you need to either be able to pass them the payment in person before you check in according to their timing, or have access to a Taiwanese bank account to transfer the cost.

Fantastic facilities - like a fancy hotel room, just a little smaller and without desk service. Everything clean, bright, well-built, and pleasantly decorated. Even included a washing machine and a small utility balcony. Very private - if you pay by bank transfer as they ask you to, you won't have to interact with anyone in person. Good location within easy walking distance of an MRT station. No sign, but easy to find if you put the exact address into Google Maps and look at the address plates.

After you book, the owner sends you a long message with a bunch of instructions about how you have to pay by bank transfer before a certain time so you can get your entry code, or else your booking will be canceled. That was really inconvenient for me. Luckily they were flexible once I told them that, and arranged to meet me in person to accept payment in cash. It would have been nice to have laundry detergent provided with the washing machine.

Really nice and friendly staff. They met by luckily at the doorway and the check in experience was very smooth. It is a big private apartment managed well by the host with high floor and equipped with AC and TV and kitchen. Modern apartment fully equipped.

Only thing is, there are ants in the bathroom and looks a bit scary but that was minor.

Pretty modern and cozy room, almost felt like its own mini apartment minus the kitchen. Owner was very friendly. The place was really near to the MRT line which was really convenient.

Location is far away from many things in the center of the city if they are not near the MRT.

Would absolutely recommend staying here 👍 The room has a good size, is pretty clean and comfortable and well equipped. There even is a washing machine on the balcony. The location of the hotel is great, close to the mrt green line. Check in and check out were quick and uncomplicated.

Great price, simple studio set up for all of our one night stay needs

The front door makes loud buzzing and beeping noises when people don’t close it all the way. It happened several times earlier in the evening. we could hear it over watching TV in our second floor room.

The staff was wonderful and friendly and did their best to communicate with me in English. Having a washing machine on the terrace was wonderful for a longer stay, and they provided detergent pods and lots of hangers for drying clothes.

Even though the room was really small, the wifi wasn't strong throughout the whole room. I couldn't stream videos while I was on the bed, for example. The alley location is a bit narrow, and some Uber drivers had to drop me off at the end of the street because they couldn't get through.
