Our room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very nice and the facilities are very modern and well-maintained. The hotel is on a busy street, but the rooms are very soundproof and we had a very good night's rest. The location is also perfect, very close to shops and public transportation. Overall, a great value for money and a perfect place to stay in Taichung.

My only small complaint would be the fact that there was almost no meat for breakfast, even though there were many good food options. This is not a big deal, but just a remark.

The buffet breakfast was incredible, delicious food and heaps of variety - plus two coffee machines! The staff were wonderful and accommodating, the room was great. Excellent water pressure, and a great space to work and chill out inside the hotel lobby. Extremely convenient location with a Family Mart across the road for everything you need, and a Cosmed/7Eleven nearby, too.

The reception staff didn't speak much English. Fortunately my partner is Taiwanese, but otherwise I would have struggled a bit when it came to checking in/forgetting my room key.

They upgraded my room, so I have two windows in my room. The curved window is perfect to watch the rain. I love the little small space in front of the window.

The AC in the walkway in front of the room is kind of hot. I don’t know why it is so hot, but maybe it is my own problem since I’m used to colder weather.

The room that we stayed in is spacious and clean. Staff are friendly. There are a few convenience stores nearly to settle groceries need. It is within 12 minutes taxi drive to Feng Chia night market and within easy access to city centre

We are a bit wary of the bath tub which could be a bit too deep for use by elderly or person with knee problem (shower in the bath tub).

I would say it was a nice location because the area is quiet and peaceful (not so commercialised). The room is spacious enough to fit 3 opened luggage. Shower water pressure was strong, and the room was clean. There's a cafe under the same building that serves pour over coffees and Family mart opposite the hotel which is super convenience for traveller.

it was a little away from the central but not a problem since cabs are plentiful in Taichung. We knew that the hotel provides a washing machine and dryer for guests’ use. However, we were informed that we shouldn’t use it after 9pm as the noise could disturb the guests. We couldn’t use the washing machine in the end as we returned to the hotel after 8pm.

Everything was perfect. We met some friends and lost track of time for check in, luckily it was a 24/7 reception. Room was big and spacious and super comfortable. There's a small pantry at the lobby, very thoughtful. The breakfast was great also, not super a lot of options but sufficient and tasted good.

Comfortable and functional hotel with very helpful staff. Absolutely everything is at a high level. About five to seven minutes walk from Taichung City Hall MTR station, about 15-20 minutes walk to Taichung boulevards, several convenience stores are nearby. On one of the days parking was needed - no problem and it was provided free of charge. Breakfasts are standard, but at the same time - delicious, this does not happen so often.

Quite expensive - on weekends. If someone needs to live a long time - then there is no wardrobe - only a few hangers.

You can hear everything that happens in the bathroom as door not fully closable so be sure you know your partner!
