Room is spacious but it could be better utilised by adding a luggage rack. Sound proofing was not particularly good, there was drilling noise and loud vehicles on the first night. Centralised AC could not be adjusted, it was too cold for our comfort.

Family Room is spacious for a family of four. Its clean, modern and has sound proof, so quiet in the room. I like it that the window is big and facing city view. The breakfast has quite a lot of varieties. I like the free coffee in the lobby. Definitely good value for a three star hotel.

The MRT is within walking distance, still a few minutes' walk. If you have elderly travelling along, they might not like walking so much. But it is very convenient to call a cab from the hotel.

The hotel location is superb, walking distant to many mallls and shops. Loads of restaurants around. The room and bathroom are spacious for our family of four. The bed is super comfortable.

The hotel parking is also for public use, so if you come in at a busy time, there may not be any parking underneath the hotel. The room wall is quite thin. We could hear next-door people talking at night while we are in bed.

The room was spacious, brightly lit and very clean! Was pleasantly surprised at the size of the bed - seems to be two super single beds combined into one! My partner and I had a pleasant stay for the 2 nights here. A short walk from the nearest metro station Shui-An Temple (~ 6 - 10 mins)

The breakfast was a great way to start the day. Our Deluxe Quadruple Room was spacious for our family of four (2 adults and 2 young children). Our 2 year old had plenty of room to crawl around and the floor seemed clean to let him do that. The complimentary laundry facilities were a nice bonus. We liked that the hotel had a little tub available to bath our toddler.

There was another family staying next door and I could hear their child crying through the night because the sound traveled through the air vent.

Only 2 tiny lifts going up and down for guests.... long wait during breakfast and checkout times The bath tub and shower design is not safe. My child slipped and im always worried one of them will knock their head on the sharp corners and edges of the bathtub tap.

The hotel was in a god location next to the MRT station. The room was large, immaculate, and quiet, and the breakfast was good. The staff was very attentive and even called me after I checked out to let me know I left an old paperback behind.

The shower was big and spacious, and the water was hot, but a tub would have made the bathroom perfect.

- the interior and colour scheme (gold, bright red and black) are slightly outdated , maybe it is not to my personal preference but may works for others. Generally hotel would use natural colour to create a homely ambience.

The breakfast is pretty good. Offer various kinds of food, Western and Taiwan style. They both tasted good. The location is great! Very closed to one of the stations of Taichung MRT.

The entry to the underground park lot is quite steep. You actually couldn't see your front side when you are driving down the the basement. Should add some more mechanism to prevent the car coming from the opposite direction.

The cleaner was really friendly. Good value for money!

Rooms are not soundproof, we couldn’t sleep well the first night because neighbours were partying till very late night. Hotel smells sewage but in the room was ok.
