This hotel is absolutely amazing. The room was beautifully decorated (I really liked the quirky decor, including the painted wardrobe and the sink stand in the bathroom), spacious and very clean. It was really nice to have a sink area in the room too, as I travelled with my dog and I could wash his bowls etc. The bed was so comfortable. I loved that there was a free Starbucks coffee machine and free snack (vegan friendly ones too!) in the lobby. The staff were all so lovely. They were very welcoming towards my little dog, but I thought that it was also considerate that they asked me to hold him in my arms if we were in the lobby at the same time as kids. A special mention to Yawen, who was exceptionally helpful. I was a bit stressed trying to prebook a bus to the airport the day before I left and could not figure out the online system. She personally came to 7:11 with me and explained that I could book the bus on the system there. I would never have known this and would never have been able to make the booking (as I cannot read Chinese) without her. This was really amazing care and service. Thank you, Yawen!

The one thing that went wrong is that my toilet would not flush on the morning of my departure. The staff were super helpful and - after an hour of it not working - it actually fixed itself, but it would obviously have been best if it worked properly.

Very friendly and helpful stuff. Though the room looks a bit dated, it is very clean and everything works well. They don’t provide breakfast but there are many snacks, eg. steamed buns, cookies, crackers, tea eggs, popcorns where you can grab some anytime at the lobby.

The staff is always friendly and accommodating (I'm a repeat customer). The room is an excellent value and the hotel is in a centralized location in Taichung. They also have a washer/dryer and free coffee, other drinks and snacks!

Great location to public transports and local activities. Facilities are all available and reception team are very friendly and welcoming.

The staff is kind and very helpful with helping you get an Uber/Taxi. The property is beautiful and easy to locate.
