I traveled with my daughter. The location was perfect walking distance to convenience stores, malls and food places. The area was clean and felt safe even for evening walks. The staff were nice and friendly.

The hotel was nice as far as location but it did feel a little dated for me as far as the room and bathroom fixtures.

West side district has lots of nice places to eat, drink, shop. Breakfast is typical Taiwanese, lots of choices and good quality. Rooms are "old style" but comfortable. Bathroom is clean and well equipped. Beds are comfy. Free parking just next to the hotel, which is a luxury in the area. Not too noisy even though it is close to a main street.

It is not super clean behind the furniture. The carpet is way past its replacement due date.

My family and I stayed in Dec, and I love how the hotel is located next to a park where the area came to life at night due to the amazing Christmas lighting and decorations, and the Christmas booths and buskers.

There was no variation for the breakfast, if only there were rotations in their breakfast menu.

The service was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great and it’s very quiet as well. The room and the hotel is very clean.

The furnishings of room is a bit old which you can tell by the smell. The breakfast is lacking in varieties.

Perfectly located. Rooms are quiet Bed is comfortable. Basically all you need if you only staying there to sleep a few hours. The AC is old, but I love the fact, that you can turn it off completely, which is not always the case in modern hotels

The furniture is a bit outdated and looks also a bit shady Not a fan of carpet floors, but I guess that is just the standard for such old hotels Very unpleasantly: Requirement to use single use plastic glove at the breakfast buffet. This is really nonsense and even in times of pandemics unnecessary

Perfect location! Room a bit dated and the breakfast wasn't great and the only powerpoint (with powerboard) is on the desk, far away from the bed. But, a gorgeous lobby and lovely staff and, again, a really great location!

Free sparkling water and breakfast are wonderful. We are satisfied with the newly renovated room facilities.

The smell of the carpet at the elevator entrance is bad.
