excellent location with easy (relatively speaking considering only one subway line currently in operation which makes it rather useless) access to airport and high speed train station. Also next to sogo department store and many good local small restaurants.

The hotel is rather huge with a lot of interior space which makes it creepy to me especially walking through the maze alone at night. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Last but not the least, world gym downstairs would no longer offer complimentary access to hotel guests.

- Room a bit smelly and very dirty below the bed - Room and common areas bland-looking and with uninspired design for a so-called 4-star hotel

I loved everything about the hotel - from the check in experience, and the theme of the hotel. Carpark is just below the building, and it is so close to the National Museum, and other convenient stores, not to mention, SOGO is just next door. We requested a cot, and the cot was above my expectation. The common area/ lobby also offered simple snacks/ coffee and tea etc., which is a bonus for me. The hotel is also very clean. The breakfast in the next morning also offered good selection of food; mostly Asian style.

Nothing - but I had a good bargain from booking.com, and felt that the after discount price was just perfect for me; value for money. The original price would be too expensive for me, and I might not book the hotel when I see the price before discount. Nevertheless, price aside, everything else was just perfect for me and my family.

Room is spacious, and amenities are provided. Helpful and friendly staff available to assist. The hotel is also just next to Sogo and Watsons, Family Mart and 7-11 are just around the corner! Hotel also provides coin-operated washer and dryer at a nominal fee.

Not exactly near the night markets. Aside from cab, no direct transport from airport to hotel as well.

Great simple breakfast available, porridge, bread some cooked dishes. The rooms are spacious. Location is great too, near sogo and the bus stop.

Carpet. The dull colour makes it seem dirtier than it really is. Extra amenities like toothbrush, razors etc, are payable.

The Quadruple family room is very spacious for 4 person and we even have sofa in our room. Amenities are all good. They have 24 hours complimentary snacks, coffee/ tea and hot chocolate in the lobby..the kids love it so much. Next to the hotel is Watson and Sogo is only 5 minutes walking. The staff help us to book the taxi when we were having dificulties to book via app.

Very good but the faicility is a bit outdated. The bathroom especially needed to be redone. It floods every time we shower.

The details. Need to deep clean the corners. Wall paper were scratched and not renewed.

The room is really, really big. Beds were comfortable. The location is great. We didn't pay for the breakfast so I can't talk about that. Bathroom was really spacious.

The room doesn't have a window, but we knew that ahead of time, but I will take the hug room and bathroom over the window any day.

Spacious room and exceptional huge toilet. International wall plugs in the room. Location is close to National Museum of Natural Science. Nx building is Sogo contains Uniqlo, GU, Tokyu Hands, Supermarket and restaurants. Chun Shui Tang Branch is also within Sogo. Easy walk to Shenji New Village.

Location of the hotel is good. Free parking on premise is a huge plus point! Staffs are attentive.

We moved / changed room twice. First change was coz I regretted booking the no-window room & paid the difference to one with window. Unfortunately we had some unwelcome insect in the bathroom, the staff on duty moved us to another room on upper level & offered us breakfast the next day — a good recovery. It’s a bigger room & nicer/ newer interior: carpet seems new no stains like those two prior rooms.
