Beautiful comfortable rooms. They even had tvs with modern movies on them and water dispensers on each floor. The staff were lovely and very helpful. There was a typhoon approaching from the east whilst I was staying and they were really helpful with advice on what will happen and what to do. They helped booked taxis too and gave good food tips. Most of the staff could speak enough English to help without using google translate too. It is in a great location to walk around town and amongst lots of food places. It is a little far from the train station but I’m not sure if there is much happening up there anyway.

The room was very comfortable with plenty of space for luggage. Staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the hotel's amenities. We were relieved the bathroom with its glass wall had a curtain to pull across for privacy. We made use of the hotel's bikes on the Greenway though would have wanted some more stable bikes for a longer cycle.

The breakfast was disappointing. We stayed on a Monday night when the breakfast is bought in and delivered to your door but unfortunately it was not nice for either the meat eater or the vegetarian and we ended up getting something out instead.

The hotel is nicely decorated, modern and the beds were comfortable . Wonderful that we could borrow extra pillows, and the staffs were helpful and polite. The location is convenient.

Under the bed was super dusty . We dropped something under the bed and tried to retrieve it and saw it was not vacuum. The only thing that is not perfect for the hotel is the parking . The parking is at another location and it is quite troublesome when the weather is not good . And the room is a bit small for the 4 persons room

Free bikes in decent condition, friendly and helpful staff, location (halfway in between theater area and station area, close to bus stop, close to parks and bike riding lanes), water pressure in shower very strong, free laundry, lots of amenities and cute decor.

Breakfast was very good but would have liked more in quantity and variety, rooms a bit small, ac seems to be turned off at night so didn't sleep well because room got stuffy.

The hotel is located in a residential area so it's quiet but also within walking distance to the shopping and restaurant area. There is 7-11 and a family convenience store nearby. The location is excellent. The green plant and bird sound provide a peaceful and fresh environment. It's really nice.

there is only one thing I hope the hotel can add on. My room is on the third floor. I want to open the curtain to get sunlight but it's only one layer of curtain and its heavy fabric. If the hotel can add one thinner layer of curtain, it will give the guests the opportunity to enjoy the morning sunlight but people can see the room from outside.

Nice location, affordable hotel for visiting Taichung. The city itself is more geared towards vehicle users, so I’d recommend taking the taxi (uber) for more distant locations or if you need to reach the HSR station with lots of luggage.

The laundry room only had two washing machines and tumblers, which is a little low for a hotel of this size. One or two more of each would be better.

Our family of 2 adults and a teenager had a good stay at Green Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lobby had water, tea and little snacks. The room was clean and tidy but small. I like the water dispensers on each floor and carafe in the room for water, very environmentally friendly. There's a nice laundry room upstairs which is a great bonus for guests. Breakfast was in the cafe in the basement, a few set options to choose from which was ok. Parking was in a small lot a couple blocks away. The location was fine for us since we had a car. The restaurants nearby closed early except for the Japanese restaurant next door (open til 9 and very good sushi) Overall we had a good stay, and I would recommend Green Hotel for Taichung.

There is a very cool BIG LED board made from recycled plastic bottles that you can interact with. By typing words on an iPad, they will appear on the board. Staff - friendly and helpful Bed - Comfortable location - perfect. quiet and near to place of attractions lobby - There is simple welcome drink for you standby at the lobby Toilet - Very clean, and they even include washing liquid and cloth spray for you. Very thoughtful

Very clean and excellent location. Airy and pretty lobby.

Staff was fine but didnt go out of their way or anything.The café always seemed to be closed, with no explanation. Also the bathroom in the room is a glass room with just a curtain to cover, makes it awkward to use the bathroom in such a small room.
