Location, staff, amenities, cleanliness, everything was spot on. The only thing I didn't like is that the private room was in the dorm, with a ventillation window open to the common area and only a thin board separating it from two beds. It meant that while I had my private space (fairly big), it was just as noisy as if I stayed in the dorm.

super clean. has an elevator for those who have a suitcase(very helpful). nice views at night time. very quiet place to stay. the place was spacious and lots of space for luggage

location even though its close to the night markets, it was a 50min bus ride to the tainan high speed rail. just be prepared to travel a long way to this hotel from there. otherwise , once you get there, you have 2-3 night market choices to go too!

Breakfast was pretty good. I especially liked that they provided good bread and replenished it as soon as it ran out, and there was ample coffee~ The capsulehotel part was very clean and comfortable, bigger than I expected, with a roll-down curtain to close it off, a reading light and two sockets on a shelf near your pillow. There is a light in the room that stayed on all night, but due to the curtain and the layout of the capsules (and probably the exhaustion) it didn't bother me at all.

There was nothing that disappointed me. The location is perfect. Though it's near a street, it's easy to reach from wherever and you're at the station in no time

The front desk girl was friendly. I can only suggest she improve her English more. Unfortunately for her ... my Chinese sucks.

I NEVER take taxis so it was a little far of a walk from Taichung Main station. But, that's the only complaint. : ) Oh also, the kitchen has some unusual signs for a hostel "Don't touch"

The shower gel and shampoo is good. The bed and pillow are comfortable. Location is good.

The security might be a little bit concerning, however for my one night stay I can deal with it.

It was good and comfortable, tho i living in a mixed dorm however it turn out comfy and would come next time

The ladder to climb up to bed is kinda slippery and dangerous to use, maybe apply a safety mat on ladder to avoid slippery

It’s a big room with many bunk beds but you can’t feel it’s many people. Every bed has its own privacy.

There is only one toilet and 3 showers for everyone. The fan inside the capsule is very noisy and hence could not be used. Some guests are quite noisy at night, which is quite normal in B&B hotels, but because the staff is absent all night, we could not complain.

Very friendly staff and very clean. I also liked the breakfast as it was a good mix.

The air conditioner in the room was a bit loud. But using earplugs it was not a problem.
