The room was big and spacious even for 5 of us . The main beds were really comfortable and smelt fresh. The shower was powerful and hot. The staff were super friendly and allowed us to drop our bags off before check in. Very quiet at night but close to lots of convenient places.

Sadly our bathroom had a foul smell - possibly a blocked drain? The sofa bed also wasn't very comfortable for the 5th person. The breakfast wasn't great. You had a limited choice from a menu which you ordered the night before and then had to collect it from the reception in the morning. We skipped breakfast after the first morning.

The room is bigger than I thought. Big enough to fit 3 adults + 3 kids' luggages and still have space to walk around. In city center with one Metro station right across the street, this place is good for travellers who plan to spend all days outside walking around and just back for shower and rest.

the overall facility is a bit old but in good function. If they can upgrade their elevator to a safer one which the door would open immediately when someone was between the doors that will be a great big plus. Breakfast is satisfactory for basic need but if it can offer a bit more choices in drinks (at least provide latte), that will make it even better.

The room is small but it has everything we need. We saved so much money because there's a water dispenser inside the room which I didn't expect. There's coffee and tea. Granted my requests too because I had to work. Most of the staff can't speak English but they are using Google translate and ready to help. The breakfast was ok. They served asian buffet breakfast- egg, steamed veggies, congee, soup, bread and 3 diff spreads, juice, coffee and tea.

Cooked food was a little bland. Please give salt or any other condiments. Adding simple viand and rice would be great too. No one responded to my messages when I asked for the instructions on how to get to the hotel from Taoyuan airport.

I didn't expected that the room is so excellent they even gave me the city view and I love it. It is a little bit far on the Railway station but bus stop is just in front of the hotel. I also love that the hotel is a pet friendly, as a furmom like me seeing furbabies greeting your excitedly is worth it. Oh our brave police dog who always observing guests is worth to watched.

As a pillow person like me l, I think additional pillow is much better

Hotel was quite conveniently located about 15 min walk from the main railway station. Staff were helpful and friendly and spoke reasonable English. Although check in was 3.00pm I had arrived early and they allowed me to check in about 2.00 since my room was ready. My room was clean and had the usual basic facilities although it did lack a room safe. Although I did book the room knowing it didn't have a window it felt a bit claustrophobic and I would personally avoid this choice in future. Breakfast was a buffet option with a decent choice of food. The was a laundry next to reception with washers and driers available for a small fee.

My room was really cheap one so, I didn’t expect nothing too fancy but: the table was really too low to put your legs under, the wall plugs was outside the place with all the wire out (little bit dangerous) and the water drinkable tank was totally empty (or broken).

Very comfortable beds, breakfast was also great, a small selection of foods that were great. They had a water dispenser in our room which was very much appreciated. The location was really nice, lots of food places around the hotel.

Liked the clean room and is nearby a market. The hotel breakfast menu is good and cosy setup. Hotel family room has water dispenser. They have a washing machine and dryer.

The hotel toilet flushing system sometimes has problem. Hotel taken out one item 馒头 from the breakfast menu, which our family was disappointed to find out they did not serve this item anymore. The time taken to use the washing machine and dryer is too long and we never used this facility.

Everything. Value for money. They have free breakfast and the food served was superb. The location of the hotel has a bus stop in front of it making it convenient for public transport. The room was so cosy and cute eventhough it did not have windows. The shower room was very clean and looks nice.

I would suggest that they provide a bidet for the toilet and a refrigerator. Other than these, Kiwi is very recommended.

Good location...short walk to train station, right jn front oc bus stop. Eateries just around the corner. There's a water dispenser in the room.

Just a note for shower curtains to be chNged as it is moldy.
