Cosy place, friendly and helpful staff. We were surprised to know there were 3 meals provided and the spread were rather decent, not simple snacks and refreshments. There was even supper, with ice cream, hot red bean soup or green bean soup. Really warm our hearts in cold weather. 1 washing machine was available with free use, need to pay to use the dryer. Highly recommended esp for budget travellers. Other Pros: near bus stops, vibrant morning market, convenience shops

Cons: Quite a long walk if you are lugging luggages from the train station. Small room, rather squeezy for us with 2 medium size luggages

Breakfast was plentiful. Had many options to choose from and glad there is a mix between local delights and standard breakfast foods. Not too many people at breakfast time, so was easy to find seats and plenty of food to go around.

There is only one washing machine and dryer on the property. Considering the number of people that wanted to do laundry during their stay, it would have been better to have more than one machine for multiple guests to use.

Fairly central location, staff was great and the late night supper was a nice touch, since it’s not something usually offered. Rooms were clean and comfy, though a tad small. The staff were fantastic! Very pleasant and very helpful, I left my headphones in the room before checkout and they helped to courier it to Taipei.

Rooms are a tad small and walls are also kinda thin, but it’s okay for a short stay.

The morden design of the room. It was bright and beautiful. The bed, duvet and the pillows were very comfortable. Linens are of decent quality and clean. Bottle water was provided in the room. And there were also water machines at some floors that provide, hot and cold water. Washing machines and laundry powder was provided for self service for free. The mini fridge in the room was adjustable in temp. It was properly cooled (most of local hotels' mini fridges are very weak). The staffs were kind, helpful and very polite.

No hand soap provided in the toilet. The drainage in the bathroom was a bit slow. Water would accumulate a little bit during shower. The wifi was not very stable sometimes, especially at night.

Location good, within walking distance to Taichung Train Station. Hotel offers 3 meals - breakfast, afternoon tea and nighttime snack. Friendly and helpful staff

Really enjoyed my room, very comfortable and clean. The shower was strong and plenty of hot water. AC was functioning properly. The location was very convenient for us as well- the bus was 2 blocks away; close to all the specialty cake shops and all the restaurants we favorited.

The only issue I had was the odor from one of the bath towels. Other than that, everything was fabulous.

Location quite good in Taichung, provided all day long foods services. Staff are very friendly and helpful, I left my Apple Watch charger when I check out around 8 am, after about 1 hour, they already emailed me to help me to send my charger via carrier to my next hotel in Taipei.

The shower head in my room 1003 was loose and wouldn't stay up.

Location is 10min walk from Taichung Railway Station. 5min walking to Second branch of Mihayara also The Second Market. Free breakfast, tea time and supper.

The location may not the best if you want to more hype night. No international plug.

Good location that it is close to train station. Staff were so nice and our room was clean and tidy. There is a massage service nearby with discount for hotel guests.
