The staff was very friendly and helpful. They also offered an early check-in at a reasonable price (which I welcomed after a long travel from Germany to Taiwan). 7-Eleven is just around the corner as well as an improvised night-market along the nearby main road. A Nespresso coffee machine is available and refill with capsules is guaranted.

The room features a bar table rather than a desktop. If you are planning to do some online work, you can't work comfortably. I also missed a cabinet to store my clothing (there is only a coat rack which can be hidden behind a slidable mirror.) Breakfast has to be pre-ordered; there are four fixed options and you have to decide a time slot for your breakfast in advance.

Very unique decor. Fun slide for adults and children. Friendly and tentative service. Amazing facilities such as a public chilling space and playground for children. Delicious breakfast.

It would make it 11/10 if hotel has laundry facilities. There is a coin laundry 1-2min walk away from the hotel though!

The hotel is really cool. Great breakfast and if you had to go somewhere early, they would make a takeaway box for you. Friendly, attentive and helpful stuff, generous size, clean rooms

The hotel is a little far from trains, but still really easy to get around via bus/uber/taxi.

Upon arrival you’re welcomed by the friendly staff and the white dotted reception area. It’s centrally located, the beds are uber cosy, you can darken your room or enjoy the bustling street view. The best is of course the slide 🛝 ❤️

Only area to improve was the stability and connectivity of the internet, it got frequently disrupted.

Hotel is modern and clean. The location is convenient to explore the historical Central district of Taichung by foot (park, Taiwan Connection 1908 etc.).

There are three breakfast options to be pre-booked when you check-in. This may not be suitable if you have dietary requirements.

Everything was perfect, except for the sound isolation and one group of tourists with kids who made noise until 3am. They were walking in the hall and talking loudly. But it seems that this is quite normal in some countries.

The layout is clean, fun and simple but then you add a random feature like a slide hahahaha amazing.

The staff were accommodating in helping us arrange a room for early check-in because one of our party wasn't feeling well. The slide is a lot of fun and the shared/common spaces are also great.

They serve a choice of three breakfast menus at Reddot - more than I had time for. But the staff was flexible to cut down the size of breakfast to my needs, which I appreciated a lot. Thumbs up for that!

The only thing to complain about was the mount for the shower head: This seemed to have been worn out, and for that reason the shower head was hard to fix in the desired position while taking a shower. Apart from that all was very good.

The location was near train station and could get anywhere by buses. The staff was super nice, thay have bike for free rental. Breakfast was very delicious and healthy.
