You really get the bang for your buck. Great value. The room was clean and the cleaning staff was very helpful.

I wish the front desk staff could be warmer and make us feel welcome by greeting us whenever the guests are in and out of the hotel. Don’t get me wrong, they are helpful when you have an inquiry or request, but they seem to lack the warmth that you would normally find in many working in the service industry.

Very good location, 10 mins walk to Yizhong street, 5 min drive to Taichung trains station. Breakfast options cater more to local taste buds, could have more variety, but availability already saves time for us to look for breakfast options outside. All the washing machines and dryers were working, just that you have to pay for the detergent, so not bad. Room was pretty clean, just that the shower head was not very stable. Also good that there were shared bathrooms on the same level, so could save some time when travelling with friends. Room window can be opened. And very soundproof, couldn't hear anything once closed even though we were on the second floor, right beside the road.

More breakfast variety, like more types of bread, food was not bad though. The smell along the corridor was quite bad, could use more air freshener.

Very good location. Free parking is available, you have to go to the reception so they can register your car then you can access the car elevator behind the hotel that will bring you to the underground floor where you can park your car. Beware it's a bit tight so it was good for our small car. Many convenience stores nearby, as well as shopping and restaurants. There was also a YouBike station nearby. The bed was comfortable and all in all it was great for a short stay.

The hotel could use some renovation. The breakfast offer was also a bit disappointing but it's still good to start the day

Location is super near Taichung second market! Room was comfy and my family members loved it, super comfortable. Good breakfast selection (included in the hotel Price) and toilet was pretty new! TV had YouTube option! There is snacks (tea egg, ice cream, coffee, hot chocolate) available up till 12am. Would stay there again!

There is no bigger table if you want to eat together and watch TV as it is at the side (typical hotel style). Staff is generally “cold” but serves main purposes. Hotel door of lobby is a little heavy and had a mini slope, so you need to push the door and pull in ur luggage (mini inconvenience only).

The attention to detail in this hotel is surprising. Small things that make you smile, like a separate drinking water tap, or ice cream in the lobby. The choice of dishes for breakfast is quite wide. The staff was very helpful and kind. My best hotel experience in Taiwan so far.

No hot tea available for breakfast. A little disappointing in a country famous for some of the best teas in the world.

I loved the atmosphere and the ambience of this hotel. The food was great. Facilities were great and it is very easy to find the hotel. You’re are living in a safe, secure and comfortable hotel! I will surely stay in this hotel again and I hope this time I can park within the accessible elevator without climbing a floor due to my knees injury before.

I didn’t like when we still have to climb up to B1 to get into the elevator!

Checking in and out was very smooth and fast. Size of the room was big enough for two. Comfy bed and bathroom is spacious. Breakfast was good with variety of food. Hot and cold drinks, with popcorn and ice cream, with tea eggs are available til midnight. All complimentary. You can also bring in food and eat at the dining hall located at ground floor. Near a park. There's a good resto across the street where they serve good soup and beef noodles.

Need to add more equipments in the gym room. Hotel location is not in central where shopping malls and shops are located.

Modern room Very good breakfast

There are two underground parkings, one of them cannot be easily accessed by guest, because the elevator that goes there is at different entrance than the reception and the elevator requires a RFID key fob (that only the receptionist has) to select the floor. Receptionist didn't speak English, so it was very difficult to explain that we are unable to get to the parking garage. Also, there is lot of trash in the parking area so it smells awfully.

Room is spacious (on par with the typical Western-style hotel) and you have access to a free breakfast. Breakfast is prepared daily by the cooks; they themselves are very professional and clear finished dishes quickly. The access to a bathtub (in addition to shower) is also a major plus. Laundry services are on site and free as long as you bring your own detergent. Would definitely book again. Great place to stay in Taizhong.

The smell of smoke lingers from previous/patrons on other floors. Needs a microwave in the room to be 'complete'.

First floor has free beverages, tea eggs, ice cream and refreshments. Reception employees were friendly and explained everything we needed to know about our stay.

The water from bathroom sink came out with some dirt particles. Not sure if it's only in my room (705room) or it's a general problem with the water tubes. The hotel should take a look at it.
