The bus stop is right in front of the hotel which make it convenient to travel around. Within walking distance there is a night market and lots of eatery places nearby. To our surprise, there's also a wet market just across the street that sells daily fruit produce and tasty breakfast in the morning.

There's a coin-operated laundry service within the hotel which is a plus point for travelers, however, the dryer did not work as expected. We dried the laundry for two rounds, and the clothing were were still damp. It added additional hassle in our traveling schedule instead of convenience, we had to go down to the laundry room again and again to check on the laundry.

The staff is helpful They helped us book a taxi to go to Gancheng Bus station and wrote its address in Chinese to show the driver. A few of them can speak English. We used Google translate to converse with those who couldn't speak English. The room is clean and quiet. The bathroom is very big - good water pressure for the shower.

The staff apparently never received the booking that we made on booking.com but they still gave us a room and upgraded us to a better one (they said it was better) when we asked. The bathroom walls are frosted glass so when one of us goes to the toilet in the middle of the night it woke up the other - we are both light sleepers and went to the toilet more than once in the night. There is an armchair in the room which we never used. Would be better if that was removed so that there is more space for our luggage.

The place is honestly great ! Free filtered water, both hot and cold, private enough bunk-beds with curtain isolation and power plugs + space to put personnal items (and lockers inside the room), great common space with many guests coming, going and chatting. Staff speaks very good English as well, and some good food + visit recommendations on the spot. Bags of tea and instant coffee are available for free, laundry service at an affordable price.

Two things to be noted before you come in : the lockers are not very big and for large backpacks you need to let them in the room. And prices skyrocket on the weekend. I definitely recommend to go there during the week, but to avoid on weekends (price get a *5 level increase)

The location is near to the central district, it is very near to yi zhong street which is convenient for the shopping. The price is value for money and it is even provide breakfast and parking slot for us.

It was a modern hotel with a lot of amenities provided, including towels. It was spacious, and located close to many interesting locations.

The TV, although equipped with satellite TV, did not have an HDMI port available for me to plug in my devices to it. Also, room service did not clean the bathroom properly.

Centralized for traveling to many places Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful Especially Ken, Tracy and Air Tracy went beyond and made my stay soooo much easier and pleasant. I’m really considering to return n to this Hotel just because of Tracy’s service

Fix the dryer

Nice location near Yizhong night market, 20minutes from Fengchia night market, facilities were good and the staying is quite comfortable

Not sure is it the bedsheet wasn’t clean enough, skin a bit itchy

It has a good location and good price

Our room doesn’t have a bidet and they only gave one bath mat which did not suffice for the big bathroom. And the laundry does not include ironing equipments for the clothes.

It was a good value for money.

They do not provide enough rugs or bath mat that we can use to wipe the bathroom floor. It was slippery.

The hotel room is spacious, clean and also come with nice breakfast. The room also come with water dispenser machine.

The room Aircond is not adjustable due to old design.
