The bedroom and spa bathtub is quite large and clean, with an oven (secret discount) that can be used during stay. Chinese and western breakfast provides lots of options. Late-night supper includes congee, bread and milk tea etc. There's a shuttle bus that gave us a ride to Feng Chia Night Market (required reservation).

Provide baby cribs, bathtub, and sterilizer for free. In-room water dispenser. Drinks in the mini-bar. Jacuzzi tub in the toilet. Youtube in TV - able to stream cartoons for kids. But just be careful as it also contains an adult film channel too.
Waited a long time for check-in from the parking entrance. Check-in opens at 18:00 only. Forget the room request but quickly reorganized. Forget extra towel asked on the next day. Basically need to send a reminder. Requested to change baby crib liners as it has much hair inside.

Kids play area is very well done up and well equipped. The water tap inside the room makes it so convenient to get hot/cold water without having to boil it. Good location. Reception staff is generally helpful (though some of them may not be as approachable).
The room is a little too cold and there’s no way to adjust the temperature. Bed is very soft so you can feel it when the other person shifts on the bed.

The room is huge, and they were able to accommodate 2 roll away beds, and thus 6 of us can sleep comfortably. the room come with our own 2 persons sauna and jacuzzi so was really great
overall cleanliness must be improved. the room is dusty, and you can still see hair in the bathroom area, and there were also ants crawling around.

The staff were very sweet and the free shuttle to the night market was very helpful.
The gym was closed and under renovation, the restaurant was closed and under renovation but no-one had mentioned this when we booked. So breakfast was bento style to be collected in the lobby. The lights in the room were not optimal. You could not read in bed unless you used the torch provided in the room but ours did not work. The sound system for the TV was so low as the speakers were at the foot of the bed so you could not sit in bed and watch something comfortably. The TV sound however could be heard in the bathroom due to speakers in there. The TV in the bathroom only had local channels so you could not finish the film you were watching in the bedroom in the bath tub. The hot water was just above warm and not very hot.
