Everything was good. We loved the room with the window view and you had everything in one touch on the desk. Breakfast was good and the dinner as well even though the dinner was in buffet style. There is more that enough parking space and walk directly to the elevator, it is really convenient.

There was no person to help and the automate check-in process was not that smoothly as you expected. I can't find my booking by using my last name especially when you have double last name. Unfortunately, all instructions was in chinese. Luckily some other staff walking passed and helped us to call the front-desk staff.

The hotel is perfectly located for Feng Chia University and Feng Chia Night Market. It's in a quiet neighborhood away from the noisy streets. Rooms are spotless and offer good views of the city. The beds are more comfortable than average, and the breakfast is better than average.

I would have preferred more than one towel per room. And note that the check-in counter is automated, so they seem to employ less staff than usual for a hotel of this size. But, on the other hand, this may explain the lower-than-expected price tag.

It was raining during our stay, so every time we had to walk through the rain to get into the taxi. No sheltered area for drop off / pick up point (first world problem ;p).

Location is good as it is close to Feng Chia night market (approx 12mins walk). The road is narrow so if you have booked a tour, your tour bus might not be able to park there. Check in was completely do-it-yourself as i reached taiwan late at night. If i remember correctly, the staff is only there to assist till 11pm. Might be difficult for non tech savvy person. The netflix in the room didn’t work but not a major point for me. Toilet and shower is separated.

The hotel is so modern and nice, rooms are high tech and comfy, the buffet breakfast was delicious. Front desk customer service is very quick and professional, and the location is very central and convenient, the night view is stunning too.

Like everywhere else in Taiwan, the hotel sewage system doesn't allow for toilet paper to be flushed, so you have to remember to throw it in the bin, NOT the toilet. There aren't any signs reminding people about this and it's very hard for foreigners to remember this. My son accidentally clogged the toilet in the restaurant when he flushed toilet paper, I wish the staff that I told had handled it with a bit more grace and understanding. She had a look of disbelief on her face and made me feel awkwardly stupid.

It was about a 10-11 mins walk away from Fengjia night market. Can be a quiet walk at night but seems relatively safe. There are little eateries around offering yummy breakfast. Room has a nice balcony to sit and chill.

Room layout made the room smaller than it seemed. Was difficult to find adequate space to open 2 luggage and have them lay open throughout. Depending on how you use the bathroom, water might seep out into the common toilet area. However, no major problems with the room.

Location was decent, within walking distance of Fengjia night market. Hotel was nice and clean. Room was comfortable and rather spacious, with some interesting art pieces. Simple and easy check in and out process. Staff were helpful to help with the stowing of luggage prior to check in.

Breakfast at the hotel was very pricey and tasted like an average continental breakfast although it did offer views from the 15th floor.

good price for two bedrooms type. near Feng chia night market about 8-10 minutes walk. it is near university so many students and students style place to eat. the restaurant on the high floor provide set menu of European food for dinner which surprisingly turned out very nice. not so many eat there, though.

the room has living area Japanese style and I guessed the prior travelers brought smelly food to eat and did not fully go away yet when we arrived.

Some days the food was cold but he choices were good 👍

I wish there was some condiments like hot sauce, salt pepper.

The bed is very comfortable. Location is good. A lot of eateries nearby . 7Eleven is close too. Room is clean .But a bit tight space for 3 adults. Should have arranged a king & a single bed will do.

The breakfast can be improved with more varieties.
