The cleanliness, the elevator method of using your room card to activate your room floor, body washing soap and the shampoo was good. The attending staff is friendly. The entire hotel is neat.

Lack of parking lot in the main building . Please if you don’t mind, can you add a bit stronger toothbrush and kindly keep them in the room preferably, cos going back to ask for the toothbrushes with toothpaste is kind of weird. I’m sorry, just my opinion. Thank you

The location is superbly convenient—just a 5-minute walk to FengJia Night Market, which I love the most! There are plenty of shops nearby, including beauty care, restaurants, and souvenir shops, so you’ll never go hungry. The hotel also offers free coffee and tea in the lobby, along with a water dispenser. If I visit Taichung again, I will definitely choose this hotel!

The room was spacious, but unfortunately, there wasn’t a dining table—just a makeup table by the window. It felt like there was nowhere to put my belongings or the food I brought back to the hotel. There was a slight smell in the hotel, but I'm not sure if it was a fragrance or just the air.

The location ia near the Fengjia night market, nearby alot of good breakfast place. The porridge shop beside the hotel is very awesome😆👍 The room is clean except toliet when bath ady will be dirty, just wash away will do😆👍

The room abit small for 4 people, but we stayed comfortably, the place and deco is nice

the room is clean and just next to feng jia night market , easy access and the counter staff is very polite water pressure is good , bed is comfortable, inside the room have fridge but need bring extension socket if you have more device due there is only 2 multipurpose charging pot in room

Room is very spacious and clean. Location is within walking distance to Feng Chia Night market. A lot if food choices and convenience stalls around the hotel.

Kids running around on the same floor can be quite noisy at times. After all this is a family hotel so very much expected.

Staff attitude was acceptable but spoke with really flat tone and sounded not so friendly. And we accidentally left item behind in the fridge which was not opened, but we didn’t get any notification or call from the property. By the time it came up in our mind, it had already been 1 day.

My room and the bathroom were very spacious

The shower area and the toilet were too closed with each other without separation. It was not a huge issue for me

The hotel has got a creative layout and deco at the reception area , room wise is quite normal

The room is quite normal and it looks quite budget as compared to the lobby

Great location for visiting the night market, plus free parking. We also got a really good deal on the suite on the 9th floor.
