That was a perfect stay with my family. Told our room was upgraded to a deluxe family room as my parents are 90 and 92. That was a great gesture and it was very much appreciated. We were very happy about everything such as the room, the staff, the swimming pool, sauna, spa, breakfast. We were so impressed with the high-rise infinity swimming pool. The view from the pool is fantastic. We definitely want to stay there again.

The swimming pool and the inlet behind the hotel are the chief attractions at this hotel. We found a very nice coffee shop nearby, and the Anping tree house is an easy 15 minute walk away.

The staff seemed to be overwhelmed. I infer from this that they do not receive adequate training. I ordered a taxi when I checked out. They invited me to wait in the lobby and twenty minutes later I found they never called the cab. So we walked to a neighboring hotel. They called a cab for us and 6 minutes later we were on our way to the train station.

The place is really beautiful. The view was amazing. The food is very good. And I have a comfortable stay.

The staff is not that accommodating. No one assisting us when we came in the lobby. We don't know where is their area for checking in. And the other staff didn't understand English. Unlike in other hotel in Tainan, the moment we arrive in the hotel there's a staff assisting us from the taxi to the lobby. And the front desk really speak English well.

1.The shuttle bus service really helped us a lot, and the driver was also kind. 2.The facilities and the activities were good, we were having fun and creating lots of memories.

The location is a little bit inconvenient but if you enjoyed the relax vibe, this hotel would be a good option.

we arrived earlier, the reception took care of our luggages and we left for a city tour. in the late afternoon, I got a call from the reception and said the check-in is done. this is fantastic. Hotel pool is very nice with a very good view. highly recommend.

The room is big, clean and comfortable. We got the lakeview room. Excellent view. Good buffets for both dinner and breakfast as we get two meals for our room package.

The room is very clean and facing the lake. Breakfast and dinner buffet are great， beyond our expection. 徐子淇 was great， she always greet and help us in ａ professional way.

The outdoor SPA was too cold.

Nice Amenities, Very polite staff, fast response from them when you ask for something! Try the water spa when you go there!
