I felt comfortable as the room was spacious with a big bathtub. The water temperature in the bathroom was appropriate. Bathing in winter is a treat. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and tried their best to assist.
The water at the bathroom sink was cold, and it took a while for the water temperature to rise slightly. In addition, my room is next to the restaurant, which can be a bit noisy at times.

This was the 4th time I stayed here. The room, however, wasn't as good as the ones I stayed before. It might be that I checked-in on a Saturday night and no good rooms were available at that moment (this is my guess...).

Late check-in at 9pm. I did not read the small print, assuming that check-in is the usual 3 pm. First time encountering such a late check-in, also first time checking-in in a motel.

The room is huge! Like, ridiculously huge. Bed is big and comfy. Decorations are tacky but on-point; gets you in the right mood. You can have lots of fun in here. Friendly staff. Breakfast is delicious and has great selection for the hotel's price range. Keeps you energized for more activities in the room ;)
The swimming pool wasn't in operation. We were thus upgraded to an even bigger room with an outdoor pool which was seemingly filled with rainwater. It's also quite shallow, so you can barely swim in there. Some facilities (sauna and several lights) are broken, but nothing essential. The bathroom floor is very slippery.

Need more cleaning in the cabinets and the pool. Please put bidet in restrooms and also closet since the space was so huge.

I like their TV screen so big. I like their jacuzzi and the spa area.
I like everything except there is no microphone for karaoke. Well, one of the spa area has no hot water..very cold. There's a swimming pool but very shallow and very cold.
