Convenient location for transit flight, next to MRT station that are few stops away from airport. All the staffs we met are very friendly and helpful. Thank you for Front Desk staff that help to book early morning taxi to airport. Room is spacious and clean.
Restaurant and Room Services closed when we checked in around 10pm. Unable to find restaurants that are opened at surrounding location. Fortunately Convenient Store is just few steps away.

Staff was first rate. King bed was extremely comfortable with little motion disturbance when moving on one side (while other side has person sleeping). Pool and spa are top-level, an we wish we could have spent more time there. Complimentary drinks in fridge and endless supply of complimentary bottled water.
Pool hours are bank hours (10 am - 6 pm). This seems to benefit the hotel and hurt its customers. Foreigners prefer to get a swim in the morning or late evening while taking care of business during the day. Also, didn’t know about the stains on the shower floor.

I liked the happy smiling réceptionnistes during my chek in and check out..
I didn't like only one thing, it was about the système that keeps the door closed. It is too hard and if you let go the door it will bang every time.. So if you like to sleep à little longuer in the morning, it would be ok without the banging of the doors in the corridors...I think it is just à question of regulate the système à bit better so the door will close smoosly.
