The location is really good, it has almost everything necessary with a short walking distance. The room has all facilities as mentioned, including a desktop computer, which we didn't have a chance to use. The breakfast was better than expected; it has asian and western variety and great choices of beverages.

The kettle in the room is not working, we have to go to the level entrance to get them. The water system has both cool and hot water though. The curtain in the shower does not have the best design, and quite a lot of water was splashing out it.

I love everything our room is spacious and clean. They are also cleaning the room everyday. We love the breakfast they are serving different type of foods. Staff are trying their best to communicate with us. Hotel is near 7-11 where a staff their speaks english so it’s easy to ask the locations of the places.

It is not easy to take a bus even though the station is only 2-3 mins. walk since most of the drivers don’t want us to ride even if we have the card or coins. We’re always taking uber going to the nearest train station which is Changung Hospital Station.

The decor was so fun. The room was very clean, no smoking smell or dust like I saw some complaints about in other reviews. The bathtub has a rough stone finish instead of tiles, so I can see why guests would be hesitant to use it. Other than that, the room was very inviting and spotless. The breakfast was the best of any hotel we stayed at in Taiwan. So many delicious options! This was also the only hotel I stayed at were the front desk was not proficient in English, so if you do not speak mandarin, have your Google translate ready.

allow for smoking so if someone smoke inside the room, the smell is caught. Also, when you walk down the aisle, you can smell if someone is smoking inside the room

Room big enough for family of 6. Breakfast has a good variety. Worth the stay for the price paid.

The beds are pretty comfy and I like that there is also fast speed Internet and also YouTube accessible via the television

Booking.com showed another room’s picture which was tbh a little confusing. I wanted a double room (as per the picture) but ended up booking the family room instead for 2 pax. Staff was not as flexi to change the room (despite we paid more for the family room). The air condition was closed yet it was still freezing! The design of the room gave a really cold and scary vibe lol. The room was not as comfortable for us and we can’t wait to check out. Oh ya, btw there is no lift as well! We had to carry our heavy luggage up to the 2nd level

We recently stayed in 3 rooms, and unfortunately, our experience was less than satisfactory. Here’s a breakdown of the issues we encountered: 1. One of the rooms had a strong, lingering smell of cigarettes. 2. On the second night, I was shocked to find that my towels and slippers had been carelessly thrown around. 3. On the third night, we returned to find all 3 room doors left wide open, which was concerning. 4. On the fourth night, we experienced a major issue with a clogged toilet. Given these multiple problems, our stay was far from the comfortable experience we expected.
