More food options for breakfast.

Breakfast was good with coffee, tea and variety. Room was sound-proofed. We never stayed in a hotel room without a window but then we remembered going on a cruise without a window. So all was well. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Large TV was good. The shower was good and separated from the toilet.The room was small but adequate with a desk, chair, plus an electric kettle and a mini refrigerator. Receptionist was very nice and helped us stay another night plus secured a taxi for us.

Fortunately we were able to check in after 9:00 pm but unfortunately it was self check-in. Fortunately there was a couple who helped us with check-in. The shower door dragged a little.There was carpet on the floor with some stains.

The location was great, near to night markets and a less touristic area. Close to the airport making it ideal for a short trip. The room was clean and spacious and the staff were very helpful and friendly when checking in.

The breakfast was lacking and could be improved.

Walking distance from Taoyuan Night Market. I arrived after 6 PM, hence the check-in was using the machine and easy to use. The staff texted me on all the details via booking.com on how to go in the hotel and check-in process around 5.50 PM, which was useful. Clean room, clean towel, value for money.

I only go to breakfast mostly for coffee, and toasts eventually, since it is mostly Taiwanese, and i am french... who live in Taiwan..!! beside that, I used to work in a 4/5 stars hotels around the world, (no comparisons) but, this kind of hotels 3 stars is not expensive, very convenient, near the city , and near a 7-11 , near POYA, and a Pizzeria , and even the night market...!!!

Location was superb, few mins talking distance to TaoYuan night market and there were lots of local food stalls open til late midnight. Self-check in kiosk is available 24hours, check in process is fast and easy.

Need some improvement on bed, too hard to sleep.

The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, lots of room for the family, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. She booked us a ride from the hotel to the airport in the morning. Lots of food option nearby

The second floor reeked of smoke and the room smelled like smoke too even after running the AC all night. The third floor was much better, not as strong.

It was a great place to stay for a night. I just needed a place to stay before an early flight and it was a great location and clean. I arrived after the staff were done for the night so I used the electronic check in and it was perfect and fast!

The bed was a bit firm but it fine for a night.

4 person room is wide and enough for me to put 7 luggage bag. and the location is near a night market, so is convenience for us to buy some super.

the toilet light is not bright enough to make up, will recommend for those who want to make up need to bring own LED light. others are good

Good location and easy to find, there are a lot of shops nearby. We were able to find food easily at night and even call UberFood for some late night snacks :)

The self-check in/check out kiosk didn't really work out, and we had to call the staff to get assistance. Luckily, the staff picked up the phone quickly and was able to assist us easily.
