Size of room for the 2 bedroom was solid. Had a nice long desk to put your stuff down. The single bed room was a bit small, no windows, but still nice. Both rooms had a Hello Kitty/cartoony theme to it, Quirky, but fun. Location is one of the best in Taoyuan area. Close to Train station, lots of shopping and food. You are in the heart of Taoyuan. Good option for the value. Staff was really nice and helpful, felt like you are staying with family with how nice they were. Bonus is the Japanese garden area next to the hotel. Can take some nice pictures there.

The hotel is located in a building shared with a bank. Floors 5, 6, and 7 were the hotel part. Lobby is on floor 5.

Location is superb, even tough this hotel is in mixed usage building but it is located in very strategic location. Only 5 minutes walk from Taoyuan train station. Right in front of hotel there are two conventionience store Seven Eleven and Family Mart. Hotel amenities are very complete and it was replenished every day during my stay. (Hair Dryer, Toilet shower, Bottled Water, Hair comb, Shaver, Cotton Buds, Coffee, Tea and Electric Water Kettle) Inside the room, they provide electricity wall socket which has mixed usage ( plug and cable data ). There is also water dispenser which you can fill your bottle. Also this hotel also provide self service washing machine (coined) This is a thematic hotel which is under Hello Kitty theme. Rooms are decorated in Hello Kitty. My room has wall mirror in Hello Kitty shape. Some room doors are painted by Hello Kitty picture. This hotel also provide locality maps and also computer for guest.

The reception is on 5th floor while my room in 7th floor. Therefore must stop at 5th floor 1st when check in then heading to my room. Lift is quite small so if you are in group you can’t going up altogether.

Friendly staff, they knew enough English during the checkin. But they were happy with me using some Chinese as well. Great place to stay and take a taxi/Uber to the airport and check out the city for an evening.

Room was spacious, clean, and everything was functional. The hotel was quiet and the staff were friendly.

Lack of hand soap dispenser (needed to reach into shower to get soap when washing hands). During our stay someone was smoking and the cigarette smoke came through the bathroom vent. We mentioned it to the hotel staff and they deep cleaned the room the next day. I knew there was not much the hotel could do if someone was smoking in his/her room (against the rules) but the ventilation only sent the smoke to another room is a bit concerning.

Very clean room. Right in the middle of downtown area. Very good bathroom renovation in my room. Free use of washing machine. In the middle of all the action. Very lively downtown. Near the malls and shops. Railway station nearby to go to Yingge. A lot of places to go to eat.

It may get noisy sometimes at night. Not enough to keep me awake though. Like many places in Taiwan (and other places in the world) the address says Zhonghua Rd. but the only entrance to go to the elevator is actually on Minquan Rd. Very confusing for foreigners like me not used to the practice. Welcome to the world. (Lobby is on the 5th floor). My rooms small window view looks into an old dirty building next to the hotel. Hotel has nothing to do with the old building..

Rooms were big n clean. Staff were kind to allow us to check in earlier They had a hello kitty theme room Very convenient location They have washing n drying facilities

We loved the staff, they were friendly and very accommodating. Our stay in Taipei was limited to a 18 hour layover between our final destination. We flew in late and were able to check in immediately around 23:00 when they were expecting us. They offered to reserve a taxi upon checkout, which made it incredibly easier for us. We checked out about 11:30 without any issue and a taxi arrived promptly to take us back to the airport. Super easy abs no stress. There’s a 7 Eleven located right across the street and a Family Mart about 10 meters after. The ride to the airport was a short 15 minutes. It’s a perfect inexpensive place to stay for short stays and families. There’s a Hello Kitty theme, which also makes it a lot of fun for the kids.

I wish they offered food and beverage on site.

The location is great. Just a five to ten-minute walk from the Taoyuan train station. Convenience stores such as 7-11, Family Mart, Tonlin Plaza, and others may be found all around the hotel. The toilet is automated. The hotel has a Sanrio character to its decor. My room features a Hello Kitty-shaped wall mirror and a door with a Pom Pom Purin sticker.

Since the lift is very small, you cannot travel up together if you are in a group or have a lot of belongings with you.

Location was great. In the middle of little restaurants and locals commuting. The train station is just five minutes' walk away, safe even at 10 pm at night for a solo female. Very helpful staff.

Internet could be stronger. But the connection was always ok.

I feel comfortable right away. It’s clean and comfy. They clean it everyday and refill stocks. The place is near food and walking distance to station. Wry accessible to everything. Definitely eill come again
