I LOVE my room. I so appreciate the large sitting window that allows me to tan my pasty Kentuckian winter skin in the comfort of an air conditioned room. Can't tan outside in this extreme tropical heat. This eleventh floor facility is practical, not fancy, reasonably priced and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, unlike the previous hotel I moved from. It's even got a billiard table. The location is smack in the middle of the red light district. Unlike NYC's 42nd St, very safe. And boy, is it convenient!! Please note, toiletries are not included. However, dispensers of body wash and shampoo are provided in the shower.

I arrived at the hotel early and didn't want to wait and they let me check in right away. So this is a big plus. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was super comfy and most of all you can see the Catholic church nearby.

The first impression on this hotel looks exciting because of the great ambiance. Unfortunately, for some reason I wasn't satisfied at all. The aircon was fixed at 20° c at first it's okay but in the middle of the night I'm sweating and it bothers my sleep because It feels hot. Secondly, I've booked for 5 nights but I only stay here for 2 nights. I requested for 1 day to clean my room but it disappointed me suddenly. They did not replace the new toiletries and since I don't have an extra toothpaste i have to request for it. Honestly speaking they should have replaced a new one since it was obvious that I have none of it in my room and one thing more, the receptionist at the counter is great at a time of my needs but she is not friendly looking.

Good location, lots of great food places and convenience stores around. Nearest laundromat I found was about a 7 min walk away, pretty convenient. Toiletries and bedding and towels clean, spacious room, big TV, lots of privacy. Nice and friendly staff! Non-smoking building but someone was smoking in their room both nights I was there, smell invaded my room via the A/C and the vents. Informed the staff who dealt with it pretty much immediately and then sprayed my room after so.i didn't have to breathe in that stank :)

Location is not bad. Lots of restaurants and convenience shops nearby. About 15 mins walk from the Taoyuan train station. High on cleanliness. Courteous receptionist and room cleaning staff. Room is big enough and there's a view of the city.

A section of the room, where the window and bathroom are, is about 1 feet elevated from the rest of the room. See photo. It is not easy to step down if you have knee pain. Maybe they should build a staircase there?

The staff was very kind at all moment and the TV speak English very well. Additionally, the facilities were in good conditions and it was not an expensive hotel. I really appreciated the fact that the staff helped me to book a taxi at 4 am, to go from the hotel to the airport.

I'm giving a 9 just because there was a part of the floor that was wet (between my bed and the washing basin), which is normal as it is just outside of the washing basin. Maybe they can just take a double check to dry the rug before new customers arrive.

The staff was friendly and the check-in/out quick. The room was comfortable and the layout of it very unique.

Twice, the shower water would cut out and the water stream would be very small. There was also building noise for the first two mornings which I didn't appreciate.

Room was comfy to stay in. It was an entire floor of a building that the accoms was at. Staff was able to help book a taxi to the airport at a fixed price in the early morning.

Location is a little hard to find. Since it is above night clubs, it looks a little shady especially at night. It is a 8 mins walk from the nearest bus stop. Not the most convenient place.

There was no breakfast included in the booking. Location was considered good being near taoyuan airport. There was a club at level 7 of the same building, hence might not be safe for solo ladies traveller. Staff was great at assisting with barrier-free requirements.

I liked that the location is near everything you need, even restaurants and shopping malls are near the area. The staff are also very courteous, they tried their best to communicate with me and provide their guests needs. They even helped me get a cab going to the airport. Their service is superb!
