**Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended!** I recently stayed at this hotel for seven nights, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The property is in a prime location, with all essential amenities just a short walk away, making it extremely convenient for travelers. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional hospitality. The staff members are incredibly polite, always ready to assist with a warm smile. Their dedication to guest satisfaction is commendable—even late at night, they were happy to provide housekeeping services upon request. The breakfast spread was delightful, offering a good variety to start the day on a great note. The room was well-maintained, equipped with all necessary amenities, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations with its service and convenience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

great location to the train station and shopping. staff is mostly pleasant. the breakfast is definitely worthy of the value. the lady who prepared the buffet might be the reason I will return to this location. the lady is super nice who knows how to cook!

the space is limited like I am staying in Tokyo. the towel is clean with thin material, sometimes even with holes.

The location is quite convenient, near to shopping district. The staff are nice and friendly. Initially the bed has some hair, staff explained that it's likely due to static but still didn't a change of all the bedsheet and pillowcases, even offered a change of room if not satisfied. Breakfast is provided.

I like all about the hotel , from the employees to the facilities. Its 2 minutes from the highway and very convenient to go to train station.

I just don't like the smell of the room. The room smell like smoke of cigarette and that is the only thing that i don't like coz I have a baby. And there is no closet.

I found it a bit difficult to find out how the AC worked, but being from Germany, I'm simply not used to this kind of thing.

Convenient location, near Taoyuan railway station. Breakfast not bad, lots of eateries around. Reception Staffs are friendly & helpful. So are the housekeeping Staffs.

Had to extend the checkout time for 15 minutes - 30 minutes. But, the policy was to charge an extra NTD$150 for every one hour extended.

Comfortable room, near the Taoyuan train. Also near the airport. Room rate included breakfast. Bed excellent, business chair and desk. Video TV. If you are doing business in Taoyuan or just there for the weekend, a good option.

Not particularly cheap but nor is Taoyuan.

Love that the hotel is spacious and super clean, bed is so comfortable and great location with lots of shopping and food within walking distance, bus stop is quite a walk but still ok. About half hour cab ride from the airport. Simple breakfast but really nice comfort food. Super value for money.

I loved everything here. So clean, friendly, affordable, comfortable, and convenient! English friendly too! pretty good breakfast buffet. No regrets!

I didn't like the fact that I couldn't stay longer haha Maybe next time we can stay for a few nights.
