Bed mat is too soft to my taste. Location inside building with other companies like KTV. Cigarette smell and butts in some elevators. Environment not suitable for children.

It looks like the whole floor inside was recently renovated so it looks clean and modern. I have one of the south facing rooms with one of the best views of Taoyuan City. Many very good restaurants in the street below. Grocery store very close and a seven eleven right below is super convenient. Washing machine is available in the hotel.

Not the best area of the city. There are some night clubs near the area. Still I felt safe and no one bothered me. All the people I talked to were kind and helpful. The building exterior needs some work. The interior was very nice.

Room is quite clean and standard.

Did not expect the hotel to be located on the 10 floor of a building and had a hard time finding it. Had to unload a few pieces of luggages at the narrow street before proceeding to park my rental car at a nearby car lift for 150 TWD per night. (Still not used to parking using the very narrow car lift). Staff should have highlighted to look out for the hotel which has a prominent "Star Palace KTV" and also the 7 Eleven store that share same the same building and that the unloading should be on the side road next to the semi circular column where the lift entrance is.

The front desk was friendly and accommodating. I asked for an extra key card, and they immediately gave us an extra keycard. I asked for an extra pillow, and they immediately accommodated the request. The room is spacious and was not at all cramped. The value for money is really worth it. It also has a lot of convenience stores around. Restaurants, etc.

It was just a bit far from the Taoyuan TRA Station. Around 13mins of walking. Aside from that, I couldn't think of anything else that I didn't like.

The hotel is a good value if you're looking for something clean and simple in Taoyuan. I found the bed comfortable (not too soft or too hard) and the water temperature/pressure of the shower was great. Noise will travel in from other guests if they are loud (especially if it's a cough or a sneeze). I didn't hear any music from the KTV several floors down as other reviewers experienced. It could be from the location of the room. WIFI could be greatly improved. I could barely browse through websites because it was extremely slow.

Hotel rooms were spacious and clean. Convenient location with lots of eateries nearby. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is located in a building at level 10. It was hard to find You could hear the KTV music from the hotel room even late at night @1am. We only had one card for each room, so it was inconvenient. The shower screen door was very squeaky.

The cleanliness and location is good, there's generally good food around the property if you're willing to walk about 5 minutes. The MRT is only about 15 minutes walk away and convenience stores or supermarkets are just below. The front desk is 24 hours and very polite. Had a long conversation with the front desk staffs and loved the 24 hour taxi arrangement they have, which made it easy to catch an early morning flight. The building is also relatively safe from earthquakes.

The room is abit narrow and there's little space to open the luggage.

For the price, I thought it was a very good stay. The room was clean and the shower had great water temperature/pressure. Front desk does not speak English but it was easy to check-in using a translator app.

The wifi was extremely slow. Yes, you can definitely hear other guests if they are loud. We were fortunate to have fairly quiet neighbors but i also travel with earplugs.

Good budget hotel. I thought the windowless room would be weird but it was actually really good and easy t sleep in as there wasnt any noise or light! The washing facilities was a bonus. We did lose power 1 night which was annoying given we were working btu they resolved it fairly easily.

The staff are nice and helpful, specifically Linda she was happy and helped me with all the directions I asked. They're very happy to help anything I ask for.

The smell of the smoke was very bad in the elevator. And smell smoke in the room as well. There are some cigarette snipes on the elevator's floor.
