We stayed our first night in a Premier Double room. The 5059 Nankan bus from Taoyuan Airport took about 45 minutes and dropped us off directly in front of the hotel. The hotel is close to several bus stops convenient for getting to major areas of Taoyuan and is close to a Starbucks, 7-11, and many food options within walking distance. The room itself was very spacious with its own garage for parking, a Queen size bed with clean sheets, plenty of room for larger luggage, a gigantic bathtub, big shower stall, and a rack with a couple of hangers for hanging clothes. It was clean and well lit with outlets built into the headboard of the bed. Many amenities were provided including toothbrushes, combs, bath salts for the tub, cleaning kit, shampoo and body wash, and even complimentary snacks and drinks (soda in a mini fridge, tea, coffee) and electric kettle. Room also had a flat screen TV, dehumidifier, and thermostat climate control worked well. Customer service was perfect - staff are all kind, responsive, and efficient. We had a flight delay, and they were very nice about postponing our checkin past 11 pm. Breakfast is delicious with a Taiwanese breakfast spread including congee with many toppings, several sautéed dishes, toast, tea/coffee/juice, made-to-order eggs, a fruit and salad bar, and daily specials hot entrees included in the price we paid. Highly recommend this place if you are hanging out in Taoyuan for your trip to Taiwan!

For the Premier Double room, you have to access the room by climbing stairs after entering through the garage. There is no elevator access for this kind of room so accessibility could be an issue.

The Quadruple family room was nice, a good size and comfortable bed with big bathroom, and near to the reception and breakfast area. Breakfast was sufficient and nice. Staff were friendly and accommodating and helped to book a taxi to airport for the next day. We chose this mainly because we have an early morning flight. One of us had a very early flight before breakfast is served, so the staff prepared takeaway lunch box which was nice. Good option if you want to stay closer to the airport so you don't have to worry about traffic from Taipei city. It took about 15-20 minutes by car to reach the airport.

For one of the rooms, I chose the select room at check-in option and was assigned a nice room with garage. However, the entrance to the room is via stairs from the garage, and it took some effort to lug heavy luggage up the stairs. Although the room was really nice, we paid to change to a quadruple family room as we needed to pack for early morning flight the next day.

The spaciousness of the room. There were 2 king sized bed + sofa + dining set for 4 pax + bathroom equipped with a big bath tub and shower facility. The location was near the Gloria outlet mall and, while the breakfast variety was limited, quality was great. Love it!

To prevent my kid from rolling off the bed in the middle of the night, i had combined both beds together. After shifting the beds, i realised the floor area under the bed was full of dust and hair.

We stayed for two nights in a Quadruple room that had two queen beds. The hotel has two types of rooms. My brother and I stayed in a a Deluxe double the night before which is an individual condo-like unit, and moved to the Quadruple when our parents arrived a day later. The Quadruple is a more standard hotel room with elevator access to the room. There was plenty of space for the luggage of the four people in our party. Plenty of your standard bathroom and extra room amenities like snacks, bottled water, soft drinks in a mini fridge, coffee, and tea. There was also a table with chairs for four people and a small couch in front of a TV. Charging outlets were built into the outer edges of the headboards of the beds, and there were four total. Bathroom was spacious with the toilet with bidet in a separately locking stall and shower and bathtub in the other. Everything was clean and odorless. Staff here is really attentive, kind, and exceptionally thoughtful. They pay attention to who is going in and out of the property and asked us when/if we would like the room cleaned as we were heading out for the day. Breakfast is a comprehensive Taiwanese style spread with several sautéed dishes, rice porridge with toppings, a fruit and salad bar, and coffee and juice. An omelet and daily special to order are also included in the meal. Someone even came out to ask us how the duck was for the special we ordered. Highly recommend!

The breakfast is definitely a plus for the stay. The room is clean, and the staff is quick to respond to my needs. The hotel location is excellent, with easy access to food, coffee, and nearby convenience stores.

It would be better to have additional staff to manage check-ins during peak times. Cars were lined up, and I had to wait in the taxi for a while. As a solo traveler staying for a flight transit with several pieces of luggage, this check-in/check-out process was not ideal.

The location is close by to the Taoyuan airport (about 10min drive). We don't drive but there are plenty of parking spaces. The reception is very attentive to guests going in and out of the premises (for security reasons). Breakfast is excellent with a selection of western (toast, cereal), Asian (porridge and side dishes), a fruit and salad bar. They also do a variety of eggs on demand and 2 choices of their chef's specials. The motel also provide free self-service laundry services with detergent provided.

There seemed to be a waft of cigarette smell once we entered our level and room although it says it is a non-smoking premises.

Room decor were quite bombastic but it was interesting and fun … our room had a private garage so it’s great if u drive

Actually nothing but the check in is right at the gantry where our taxi enters the property and my poor taxi driver waited for us while we checked in … time is money so I felt bad fir him 😳

Lovely place! Very spacious and well maintained. Very luxurious and the price was a steal for 4 persons. Really conducive for resting as we were on transit but wanted to rest for the night. Bed super comfy and love the room so much! Snacks bar provided free and many toiletries provided like a six star hotel even though stated as motel 🤭. Will consider booking again for my next stay in Taiwan! Breakfast was nicely packed for us as we had to leave for airport early. Hotel staff also helped to book cab.

This place is super clean. The beds are very comfy and the bathroom is spacious and functional! The room has lots of thoughtful touches - free water bottles, snacks and even a fancy coffee brewing machine which will grind the coffee bean to your desired coarseness. We feel like we are staying a five star hotel! The free breakfast has amazing choices - from protein, to veggies, fresh fruits to various drinks. How wonderful to jump start our day with a substantial and nutritious breakfast! The location is 15 minutes from the airport which fit our needs to get to the airport leisurely for our flights. Highly recommend this place!

This was a wonderful place— clean, quiet, convenient, and the breakfast was fantastic. My complaints to the chef and service staff. Their were plenty of people who spoke excellent English, and they were helpful in every way: free laundry on my floor, complementary food and drinks in my room. I felt very taken care of here.

Absolutely nothing. Highly recommend.
