I like how spacious the room was. Plus we enjoyed watching movie while taking a bath on the spa pool.

The jets in the spa tub and shower is not working. The water in the pool is too cold to dip in. I guess they prepared the water too early.

The rooms are huge and very over the top, exactly what you expect when you see the photos and book. We tried two rooms and much preferred the room with the pool in it.

One of our rooms had an outdoor connected area but no real way to seal out the outdoor area so we heard a lot of wind noise. The neighbourhood is not great. There's nearby fast food and convenience stores though so its fine.

This is my second stay here and it was great. The room is really spacious and this time I got a room with a garden and sauna, which I loved. The bed was so soft and comfortable. I loved all the water features.

The MCDONALD'S breakfast is just junk and heavy in the morning. Please don't call the room and tell me about breakfast, use the room service sign. However, I saw the wire was broken, so fix it. Don't call and wake us. Also, I asked for them to change the paddling pool water to warm, but they refused which makes me think that they actually don't change the water at all in between guests, which is not sanitary. Please clean the pool between each guests. There was a brown ring stain in the pool, I think because of the dirty bodies swimming there in the same water.

Huge room, really nice bed. Overall a great experience. The shower was very nice. Staff was very professional and helpful.

The hot water took a very long time to heat up and the jets did not work in the hot tub.

My 2 nights were wonderful and the room is nice and big. The bed is comfy and the snack bar is good.

The shower over the pool is my favorite and it wasn't working during my stay. I hate the Mc Donald's breakfast as it's gross and not healthy. I wish they had a buffet to healthier food. Many hotels went back to buffets, I just think this hotel is lazy on that.

We love the indoor pool. The room is huge and best for a big family.

It’s about the situation happens when the staff think we misplaced one of the remote. We wait longer for our deposit before they gave back to us. Also they don’t have a place for a BBQ grill.

The sfaffs are so kind, very soft spoken. The facilities are good and the place is clean. Very spacious i must add. Totally worth the every penny.

This place was AMAZING! I felt like a princess. The room was HUGE! The paddle pool is my favorite and it's big. However, it was cold. I had to get really hot in the hot tub and then jump in the paddle pool. I loved everything about this hotel, except breakfast options. This is my second favorite hotel in Taiwan. I'll be back for this same room.

Breakfast and the paddle pool needs a heating option; it's too cold.

We are very satisfied with the spaciousness and beautiful ambience of the room and the bathtub is very relaxing. 👍🏻😊
