The location and everything was really very awesome ! The room and toilet was big . The best things was the bathtub and the shower was different!!

The only thing that i dont really feel good is that at night there's some uncles will go in the lift toward the hotel (the lift is shared in the building) , if you are a girl remember not to press your room floor first if the guy not pressing the floor he going to then go to level 10 ( the hotel frontdesk) first. Im saying this is because i got to this incident...i got verbal harassment by one of the guy when i going up to my hotel room. So i went to level 10 first , the front desk lady was very good enough and follow me up to my hotel room. If you are a solo travel (girl) like me kindly take note.

The hotel is located near a Metro station and many eating venues. Convenience and accessibility would be the plus factor for this hotel.

There was some nest like growth in the bath tub. It did not pose any problem for me as there was a stand up shower but the sight of the tub was gross.

Four of us (including one child) stayed for a week and we loved the huge rooms. They were clean and well-decorated. Great bathrooms. Staff was very attentive, and we rarely had an issue. When we did, staff was super-responsive and friendly. Language-barrier was never a problem, due to translation apps. A short 5-8 minute walk from subway, lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, including a Daiso across the street (if you know, you know). Would definitely stay here again!

The air conditioning didn't get the room quite as cold as we would like, but we were never uncomfortable. This subway stop is on a split line, which sometimes meant an extra transfer, depending on which direction you are going. None of these were deal-breakers.

Although the hotel's location was far from the main attractions, it was conveniently near the MRT (a 5-10 minute walk) and had a 7-11, grocery store, Yoshinoya, and Family Mart across the street. Additionally, McDonald's, Moss Burger, and KFC were within walking distance if you are willing to walk a bit further. Depending on the room you get, it can be quite spacious for two people, with the toilet and shower being separate, which is convenient, especially when you need to catch a tour. The hotel is accessible via the MRT, but you need to decide whether to spend less on the hotel and travel longer to tourist spots or pay more for a pricier hotel with shorter travel times. Travel fares were generally inexpensive. Most trips to tourist attractions in the Ximending area cost around 20-25 NTD. The only exceptions were trips to Beitou or Taipei Zoo, which cost about 60 NTD per person.

We booked two rooms during our visit to Taiwan in the summer. Despite setting the AC to its maximum, the rooms did not cool adequately, making it possible to sleep without a blanket. While this might be an isolated incident, it specifically affected one of the rooms we booked—my parents' room. They had consistent issues with the bed moving easily and the AC not being cold enough.

- The room was huge and the amount of space in the bathroom is more than enough. - There are several closets, tables and chairs so you can also sit somewhere during the day and store away clothes. - The beds were lovely and comfy. - We had a beautiful view of Taipei from our room. - The shower was excellent. - There are several convenience stores (Family Mart, 7/11) really close by and a great breakfast cafe just across the street with really friendly staff (it's the street with the 7/11 on the corner).

- The floor in our hotel room had not been cleaned properly. One part was even sticky. Shame, because if they would fix this, their overall rating would be much higher. I could have asked the staff to clean, but we were away most of the time anyway and I feel this should have been done beforehand. - There were one or two cockroaches, but if you're afraid of cockroaches, you shouldn't travel to Taiwan.

Hotel is close to the MRT which makes it easy to get around. It's easy to find, located on the 5th floor of the building. Local night market and laundry services are close by as well. The size of the room is quite big compared to other hotels in the same price range. This makes it more comfortable for the duration of your stay. Hot water is available at all times, and you can keep your luggage in the reception area before and after check in.

Hotel is on the 5th floor, so it the elevator is shared between tenants and other businesses. Some people smoke in the elevators so there's usually a heavy smell of smoke in the elevator. But this is in no way the fault of the hotel. The double bed we had booked was just two single beds put together, so technically not a double bed.

The staff was very attentive and helpful. They're kind of an upper level. The room was not what I'd call big. It was huge! Seriously, you could easily put two big rooms out of that one. The toilet and the bathroom were spacious too. And even the cockroach had manners. No nervous running around. Always kept a safe distance and never went out of the bathroom. Also the bed and the little lounge next to the window were very comfortable.

You can hear the traffic like they're in front of you, while you're actually at the 10th floor. Only one drawer can be used. All the others are simply decorative. Pretty pricey. Seems to be a thing in Taipei.

Room size and bathroom size are exceed our expectation. There is a separate toilet room in the room so you don't have to worry if the toilet will be wet after a bath. Room size with 2 double beds was great, it made us relax and relieve when we got back from outside because kids got spaces to walk in the room.

Luggage store area is unsecure, anybody can access to your belongings. I would suggest the hotel to give the bag tags to the customers whom deposited their luggage or bags at the hotel. And the hotel should have a proper store room for the luggage. Only the hotel staffs are allowed to access into the store room when the customers ask to deposit or ask for their bags with the given bag tags.

Good staff. Very spacious and clean room. We ask for an extra towel and toothbrush and they give us immediately without asking why. They have microwave oven at the lobby that you can use when you want to preheat your foods. Our room is located ỏn the highest floor of the building and my children likes the view from our room we even see the Taipei 101 from the window. 10 minutes walk from Sanchong elementary school mrt station. 15 minutes walk to night market. A great location for tourists. We really love to book again here.

Slow wifi, lack of toiletries(no shaver, no disposable shower caps) lack of hangers to hắng clothes.

Everything! Room huge, very spacious, with a large bathroom (there is both a shower and a bathtub), a separate toilet and a separate area with a sink. In the room fridge and kettle and coffee/tea. The hotel is 10/11th floor of the building, also the view from the window is cool, the noise was not. Nice location, close to the subway, under the building there is a 7 Eleven and Family Mart, and also close to good breakfast shops and a super Japanese restaurant for lunch (by a small park).
