We loved the location of the hotel, very convenient to walk over to the MRT station at St Ignatius, also the bus stop at Nicaragua Park, and from there to all the destinations we wanted to visit. The breakfast was very good, with the rice, congee and bread/cereal options all available, and freshly made. We did not get tired of the breakfast variety over 10 days. The laundry facility was excellent as well, and we made use of it twice while we were there.

The air-conditioning was too effective for the room we had in the basement, but when we turned it off because it was too cold, there was no window to open (basement room) so it was quite stuffy. An unfortunately on a few days we had very noisy neighbours at 1-2 AM — the soundproofing between rooms was not so good and they kept us awake.

Room was cold but they provided a heater. Staff tried very hard to help . Air con works cooling only. Bed was comfortable. Shower and bath worked well. Breakfast was very good

Wifi worked ok on a phone but laptop kept dropping out. Ended up hot spotting from the phone to the laptop , after that had no issues with laptop.

The staff were very helpful and tried their best to explain buses etc. It was close to the train station and the bus stop was just across the road making it easy to get around. Breakfast was good with a variety of food each morning. Would definitely return.

You can easily heard the sound of next door (when they bathing/talking) or when they pass by your room can hear the walking sound. For those very sensitive with the sound/noise may not suitable to stay at basement room

Breakfast was varied for each day, freshly made, western and Asian style options, spacious room.with balcony. The themed floors were interesting, bathroom was large and comfortable.

Fitness centre wasn't obvious and quite small (perhaps more can be done with the top floor space. Some chips to tiles in bathroom, and cigarette burns on carpet. The other fun things like the games floor could be signed

Sound proofing. Can be disturbed if neighbour is loud and noisy. Unable to arrange packed breakfast for us when we have early flight before their breakfast serving time.

Comfortable hotel, close to the metro station. Our room was well equipped, comfortable although the bed was a bit short. The breakfast was reasonable. There are restaurants and shops nearby. It was a good hotel for our short stay.

There is a small gallery about art. Yes, you could view some arts on 3rd floor. Each of their floor has its own style. Another thing is their breakfast which consists of the necessary daily nutrition like salads, cereal and so on.

The hotel only has air conditioning and the room was too cold so the staff immediately sent me a heater. Attentive staff and good service. My room also comes with balcony. Bed was comfy. Shower was strong.

Super friendly staff. They offered help and not giving us the feeling of reluctance. The best I like about the hotel is the ground coffee machine at the lobby. There is a Cafe nearby the hotel which is perfect for breakfast. Only 5 mins walk to the metro and the metro is just under the shopping mall.

The carpet and the bed headboard are a bit dusty. Otherwise it would be perfect.
