A comfortable stay with good value for money. Staff were extremely attentive and friendly and happily obliged to holding my luggage after check-out and arranging a taxi in light of the language barrier.

Bathroom amenities weren’t provided as they were made available in a self-service area which wasn’t so easily distinguishable. The shower was missing body wash

The property is near to everywhere. There is a lot of restaurants and convinience store plus, it is just a 5 minute walk to the Taipei Bridge Train Station which really makes my commute very easy.

I am not sure if the linens where washed properly as I was able to smell the cigarette on my comforter. Although it was just a small detail in my stay that I didn't bother anymore.

Had to switch rooms initially because the bed was a loft style, not what was picture. Staff did a great job correcting the issue. Very impressed with how quickly and professionally they handle it.

The room was alright and complemented by fully functioning air conditioning. In the morning, it can get really cold. Good thing the bedding was comfortable and the duvet could keep you warm. Security was a top-notch feature, with automatic locks not only on individual room doors but also strategically placed throughout each wing of the inn's floor, ensuring an extra layer of safety. I also felt the warmth of the auntie cleaning our room, she was really nice helping us address our concerns. One of the highlights was the inn's strategic location, a mere 7-minute stroll from the Taipei Bridge Station. This accessibility was a boon, making it convenient to explore the vibrant surroundings. The area bustled with life, adorned with a plethora of shops, creating an engaging atmosphere reminiscent of a lively night market. The inn's proximity to these activities added an extra dimension to the overall experience, making it a truly enjoyable stay.

The hotel's lobby had a distinct cigarette smell, causing initial concern about the room's potential odor. Fortunately, the room itself did not carry the same scent. However, an issue arose with the automatic door in our hotel wing, as the provided access code became ineffective after two days, and the management changed it without prior notification. The front desk had limited hours, operating from 12 noon to 10 in the evening. During one late return at 1 AM, I discovered the changed access codes without any prior notice. Given that the lobby was situated in a separate wing with its own locked door, I had no one to help me get through the door. Fortunately, the front desk manager has gone outside to take out the trash. Furthermore, on the first night, I received a towel with noticeable stains resembling rust. Lacking an alternative, I reluctantly used it as a floor towel, prompting a moment of regret for not bringing my own. These occurrences contributed to an overall less-than-ideal experience during my stay at the hotel. The building elevator was also bad literally had thin plywood taped on the side of it. It also didn't help that the floor beneath where the inn is located has so many KTV so much less you will be around drunk men and women.
