I like the location of the hotel very much. MRT, bus stops, and U-bike are all nearby, and the MRT station also connects with the Taoyuan Airport MRT, making it even more convenient to travel around town. PXmart and 7-Eleven are nearby and there are also places to eat near the hotel. Lastly, the New Taipei City Metropolitan Park is also across the street.

The 3 pm check-in time was kind of late for our 6 am arrival time in Taiwan, but we could leave our luggage at the hotel and come back later.

The staff was really friendly and went above and beyond to help me. On the day of my departure for the US, I was short of NTD30 for the airport metro fee. The minimum of withdrawal at the ATM was NTD1000. I didn’t want to waste NTD970 as my luggage was full and I really didn’t intend to buy anything more. I went to ask the front desk staff for ideas. She took NTD30 from her own purse to give to me. Although the money was not a huge amount, but the friendly care I received was priceless! This will be part of my fond memory of this hotel and of Taiwan people. Thank you! Also the location of this hotel is super convenient. It is right across the street from the metro station which will take you to wherever you want to go in Taipei including the airport. Yes, you can take the airport express train to and from the airport to the metro station (Sanchong 三重）right across the street from this hotel!

The place was clean & comfortable with daily housekeeping. Hotel Staff was supportive. The place was very close walkable from sanchong station and helpful to move around for sightseeing. A direct train station from airport. There is a department store walkable to buy your daily food, if required.

No utensils was a bumper along with no microwave, as we had no vessels to cook. The housekeeping staff ability vacuum the room was a bit disappointing as we always found stuff even after cleaning. Communication in other than local language could be a challenge.

It's opposite San Chong station, very convenient. There were supermarkets and family mart nearby. Rooms are big and comfortable. Very clean! It has a washing machine in the triple room. The room has a kitchenette, but they did not provide any kitchenware. So we could not make use of it. Luckily we brought our own dishwashing detergent (we had to buy sponge though), so we could still eat in with disposable cutlery.

We didn't like the breakfast. In the first day of our stay, it was egg sandwich with hot tea + a dessert (i think, not sure what it was) they were packed in the brown paper bag delivered by ext vendor. The second day was pancake No option to choose, and it was self collection from the front desk from 730am. Not sure what was on the third and fourth days cos we decided to buy our own breakfast. .

Rooms are larger, modern, and clean. I really like the hotels choice of smooth high thread count cotton sheets.

I would have rated my stay a 10, but for my morning check out experience. The female staff worker on duty, March 6, around 6am was sour and rude. I had 1 quick question to ask before leaving to walk across to the Sanchong Station to head to the airport. I swear, as I approached the hotel's reception counter to ask my question, she suddenly picked up the phone and started talking. It appeared to be a fake call just to avoid engagement. As I stood and waited, she completely ignored me. So I just left with that last impression.

The morning check-in staff was super friendly and helped us put our baggage there until later. However, when we returned to the hotel at night to check in, there were 2 young female staff members who were ignorant. One even punched the keyboard in front of us because she was frustrated that the keyboard was not working. We were appalled by her behaviour, nonetheless, we had an enjoyable stay at the hotel due to the other friendly and helpful staff, clean facilities, and convenient location.

We stayed in Deluxe Triple Suite for 3 nights and were delighted with the living room and dining area space available. We were also surprised and happy that there was a washing machine that we could use. We had a very good view of New Taipei Metropolitan Park from the living room and bathroom, which is a view that I preferred vs. a view of concrete buildings. Thanks to the hotel team for allocating this room to us. Lastly, we felt that the water dispenser was a well-thought inclusion as there was always drinkable water available! Thank you.

Cleanliness wise, it was not tip-top as we could fine dirt particles and hair on the floor after each day's cleaning. So this is an area that the hotel staff can look for improvement. Also, we were quite disappointed that there were no utensils and plates available in the kitchenette, which defeats the purpose of having a such nicely designed kitchenette. I would have been willing to pay a sum for the utensils and plates to be made available as we would usually have small snacks and pastries and fruits in our hotel rooms after each day's activities.

Very big apartment New, clean, provides lots of room and storage Despite the cons listed below, we loved the apartment as it ticked most of the things I want in an apartment Two bedrooms are far from each other which gives me enough space from my kids 😝

No cutlery in the kitchen, no microwave. I couldn’t even peel and cut an apple I bought from shops below Despite there being a floor dedicated to spa, it wasn’t open yet. We were very excited to hear that there may be a steam/sauna/pool of some sort in future The drainage of the showers appear to be a common problem for high rises… the hotel really needs to do something about it Cleaner was but a bit of hit and miss… not attentive to detail, forgets to put towels and bath mats on our first checkin and then doesn’t replace the bath mat or enough towels… Can be annoying for those who are light sleepers as it is right next to train line, but we didn’t mind as we were so tired every night

The 2 room apartment that we booked for family is big and clean. It even have washing machine with dryer function which enable us to wash our cloths. The dining room is nice with Japanese style design. The hotel use robot to send room service food that we ordered.

You can still hear the train pass by at night (even though all the windows are closed) as the train station is just around 100 m from the hotel. However, it is still bearable.

It’s located opposite the SanChong MRT station and direct train from Taoyuan airport. Fantastic location with the Taipei Metropolitan Park opposite and Moose Cafe next door that serves delicious food. The room is well-lit and very clean. The smart bidet toilet with the warming function is huge plus point for me.

The property is quite far from the shopping district. There are also no convenience store around the property, had to travel further to get necessities.
