Location is 10min away from Ximen MRT. It’s easy to get around Taipei. After arriving from Taoyuan airport, i took the express train to Taipei Main Station and then an Uber to the hotel. Costs around 110 TWD for the Uber. Bed was really comfortable and room is clean. Toilet has a heated seat and it comes with a bath tub. Nice experience. Staff are friendly - they loaned us 2 adaptors. Free coffee available on the second floor iirc. Unfortunately we were not able to try their hotel breakfast as the restaurant is closed for renovation.

Gym is very small - what you see in the picture is the entire gym. No weights.

There was no restaurant available at that time. The location was good - at ximending area. Staff at the reception were attentive and helpful.

Our rooms were on a lower floor in front facing and very close to the expressway. We had to lower the curtain half way, so that people on the road could not see in our rooms. Shower door is broken- could not be closed properly. Water spilled out despite reporting to the reception on the first day, but nothing was repaired despite we stayed for 7 nights. Kind of disappointed!

I really liked the location and the style of the hotel: it looks new and stylish. Service was good.

I was booking a room with two separate beds but got one big bed. I could not get the correct type of room on the same day. Later on we decided to stay n this room (was travelling with a friend). Other than that be aware that eco room does not have any shower gels, shampoos, etc.

The location is very convenient very near Ximending. The beds are so very comfortable. Staff was very kind to allow late check-out last minute as we faced unforeseen situation and had to request for a late checkout.

The room is a bit dark and the personal care kit they only provided one set while we have two people for the room. Wish they provided more makeup removal care kit (q-tip/cotton pads) for the travellers.

The location was a bit out of the way in terms of getting to transport hubs however the place itself was clean and spotless. The staff were very friendly and would always greet us with a smile.

The Suz was a prim and proper hotel in a decent location in Ximen. It was a short walk to Ximen MRT. Facilities clean and well decorated. Front desk staff were exceptionally friendly.

Pillow and bed were not the most comfortable, but not a major concern. Only for those who are very sensitive to such things.

Place is quiet, reception staff very friendly and helpful.

Please include some towel hangers/hooks in the bath so guests may have somewhere to hang their used towels. We ended up some put it on the side of the bath/back of the chair.

Love the view facing the tamsui river. The room was clean and room service was good. Love the body wash set, good quality! Just a very short walk to ximending and very convenient ubike to travel around.

The lift is abit too dim.

The fact that there is a really great parking garage is amazing. The beds are really comfortable and the bathroom is luxurious. staff is really friendly. it’s only a short walk (3 minutes) to the walking street of Ximen
