The room is clean. Easy access to mrt. Location is convenient.

Some of the staff is not friendly.

It was at a great location! Easy to access via public transport. They even kept the luggage for us at the end of the trip when our flight was later in the evening.

The rooms smelt slightly mouldy, in a way? It was damp but I think that was just the weather as well. The walls are a bit thin but it's manageable.

location is super convenience. Walk about 5min can reach ximending walk street and nearby alot restaurant and food stall

The building others floor are pub karaoke. So Abit dangerous for those ladies travel alone or 2.

location - walking distance to metro and the place is surrounded by yummy foods... which is great!

Within Ximending vicinity. Convenient for shopping and foods and also walking distance to MRT.

No facilities, hotel lobby and floor lobby and lift landing rather old and untidy.. from 1st look at checkin we started to get worried of the room condition. Good thing the room is satisfactory for the value we paid.

The receptionist was not accomodating at all.

The place is in the city area and within walking distance of 西門丁。

We had to take the lift with other persons in the different floor who were not the customers of the hotel.

The staffs are helpful. The location is excellent because it's accessible.

Maybe have some freebies like snacks or free breakfast.

Bed is old! Its due for replacement

The staff are very accomodating and nice. They allow us to check-in to our room very early even the hotel policy check-in is 3pm. The room is clean. Provided everything what we need. Smell good. AC are in good condition too. Water supply are strong too.

A little bit dark in the room because there is no available brighter light(brigther light ate just in the toilet). Just a led light all over our room... And they provide us a no window room...
