Hotel staff are kind and accommodating. They are amenable to our various requests. Our hotel room is very spacious even though it costs relatively lower than other alternatives. We will definitely return here.

It was kind of a motel setup, rather than a hotel. The staff are only present from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the front desk, though the location is safe and secure and they still respond to our messages even late at night.

Big space, clean and new renovated room even the reception area. Hotel offered free instant noodles and bites available at counter. I noticed that the hotel rooms door was fully sealed by a rubber strip in order to prevent the door knocking sound and also as the sound proofing purpose for customer comfortability. This is one of the good efforts which I can't see the same at others even 5 or 4 stars hotel. As we know, sometimes the walkway and door knocking sound were annoying. Quietly all night long. Better choices than others similar rice range hotel in Ximending. Walking distance to market. Will stay again in future.

Nearby to all stores and few walks away from ximen station . There is a complimentary snack bar where you can get snacks, coffee and water . Front desk people is accommodating room was okay and clean.

One of our groupmate accidentally left the keycard inside the room, there is no one to assist us be because they only give one keycard regardless of the number of person inside the room, plus and theres no one in the counter. There’s no 24hr front desk . Plus they must consider putting bidet .

Location was great! very near the night market, shopping area and restaurants. No breakfast but a free snack bar including different flavors of instant noodles and decent coffee (not instant).

The entrance to the hotel was had to find. Maybe they were renovating the entrance? But no indication was made and nothing communicated. We eventually found it. You have to take an elevator to the 10th floor. The entrance and elevator wasn't that clean but the hotel itself and rooms were clean. No front desk staff past a certain time of the night.

Spacious room and with big windows. The receptionist was very nice despite the language barrier. She managed to use her mobile phone for translation. Lots of power outlet inside the room, the lobby also have coffee and snack station. Very near Ximending market and there’s a cute photo booth by the street corner. Oh, they also have Taipei map at the frontdesk with top 10 things to do if you don’t have an itinerary 😅

It’s an old building so expect that elevator is also old. But function well. A little difficult to locate the entrance.

Very hard to find the hotel located at the 10th floor. Only reachable via a hidden elevator near the street. Needed to ask a handful of vendors to find it. Elevator is used by many others than hotel guests, takes very long time. Guests need to ask for cleaning.

It was nice to be able to walk from Ximen Station and there were many restaurants nearby. Although there were many shops around, the accommodation was very quiet.

If you check in late, you may feel a bit embarrassed. The entrance to the accommodation is a bit difficult to find. It is on the 10th floor, so the entrance is closed late at night, so check-in at night is a bit difficult.

Their pantry, a big savings especially the cup noodles, can be eaten during breakfast or dinner. Near ximending...

No signage of the hotel's location ,it's confusing, we spent 10-15 minutes looking for the exact location.

It was good value for money and was in a great location near Ximending.
