Great option for staying in Taipei. It’s a good location - right in Ximen, easy walk into the pedestrian market area, but not too loud at night. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The first floor has reception, free snacks (noodles, drinks, chips, etc), water dispenser, and laundry machine - $50NTD for washer, $10NTD for 10 minutes of dryer. Rooms are pretty spacious for Taipei - aka small but with enough space to open your suitcases. Nice shower, and the bed is pretty firm. They kindly let us check in about 30 minutes early and relax in the lobby for an hour or two before then, as we got in early after a rough red eye flight. The slippers they provide are really nice!

The wifi goes in and out - there are 2-3 networks on each floor, so you can usually find one that works. The pillows were very thin

Room was nice and big the same for the shower, the shower head too and for the bed was also quite big. staff was nice, airco was good and locations was great.

There was nothing to put my clothing in or on. Shower didn't always have a stable temperature. And there were too many little light from the TV, and other things in the room, but I got some tape to cover them during my stay to resolve that.

The staff were lovely. Laundry facilities were reasonably priced. Proper bathroom not a wet room. We enjoyed the snacks in the lobby area. Was really good location for Ximending. 711 across the road. Lots of places to eat, next door and down the street. Massage nearby too. Fruit and vegetable shop about 10 m away. Would definitely stay again.

We found it difficult to regulate the temperature in the room, a flat sheet on the bed would have helped with this.

This hotel location was great! So close to ximending market and all the shopping there. Plus close to public transportation. The room was huge and the bed was actually so comfortable. It was a king bed which was a huge bonus. The staff was super nice also. Would definitely stay here again!

Bed was soo comfy, very good shower, good location in Ximen, has washing machine to do laundry, there is a tv with Netflix and YouTube

The window did not look out on the street in did not let in natural light as it was the back of all the buildings

The location was absolutely fantastic, closest metro is about a ten min walk but you’re right in one of the best neighbourhoods in the city. Staff are very friendly and rooms are really spacious. Free snacks and washing machine / dryer is a big plus!

Rooms are a little dated

The staff was very respectful and the place was clean. There were a lot of food establishments in the vicinity as well as convenience stores so anything you need is right outside. Not to mention ximending is just a few steps away.

It’s clean and pleasant, good location with nice food around, walking distance to MRT station. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel provides a lobby area with free drinks & titbits for residents to hang around..
