Location is within 1 min walk to Xi Men Ting, There are plenty of food options near the hotel. Cleaning crew does an excellent job every day, cleaning and reception all very friendly too. Hotel looks dark at lobby, not very inviting but the reception is always friendly. There is a family mart just across the street and the place is super clean, no funny smell unlike some places.

Wifi is terrible there. Luckily i borrowed a wifi device, i used that instead of hotel's weak wifi. Lift is small, 5 pax with some luggage already full capacity. hotel lobby is secretive, actually i think guests can sit there for buy in food but it's always seems off limit. No safe in room have to leave my passports with reception for the 4 days we stayed there. The walls are very thin, next room young children shouted, we can hear early in the morning. Bed is hard, even with 2 pillows my head can touch the mattress within few minutes.

The front desk staff were extremely friendly and provided a lot of assistance, including a service to collect items. The hotel's location is unbeatable, with Ximending shopping district just across the street and a bus stop to Jiufen conveniently located nearby. The room was also kept very clean and tidy!

The hotel elevator appears to have some issues, even though it is marked as able to carry up to 550kg or 8 people. However, there were several occasions when the alarm started beeping continuously with only 4 people inside.

We were here for 5 nights. The location to access other areas is convenient from the Simen station MRT. The staff are friendly & recommend a good local restaurant. The housekeeping lady kept our room clean daily & told us where to go shopping as well. Ximending shopping & food outlets just right outside the hotel.

The only thing is the hotel don't provide an iron & ironing board. The bed is hard for me.

I stayed here for 17 days. this hotel is in Ximending which was very convenient to anything you might need. very active place with a clean night markets type area, full of shoppings and variety eateries. Hotel was great and clean. unfortunately the breakfast option was not open yet from the COVID

Good hotel with a fantastic location right next to the busy area of Ximen yet no street noise. Staff was friendly and room clean.

Wifi wasn't working well in our room, it was very slow and went on and off. It was also cold, while this isn't a problem most of the year this could be an issue if staying here in winter.

All staffs are nice. Even though the maids can't speak English, they're helpful and willing to help. I used google translate and it worked well. The location is really good, just across the road to Ximending Market.

Clean and very big room

Location is fantastic. Food and shops are all just nearby. Walking distance to Ximen and Beimen MRT and Airport train.
