The location of the hotel is excellent. It is within Ximending but not in a very busy area. There are a lot of restaurants, shops and convenience stores around the hotel. The nearest MRT is within 7 minutes walk so it is convenient to travel. I would like to commend the hotel staff. The hotel staff especially at the Reception are very friendly and ready to always assist. Very clean hotel and we had a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

The rooms are rather small but this is typical Japanese style. The breakfast is nothing exceptional given the price that you have to pay.

Having to go through two elevators to get to the rooms is kinda annoying, while (for privacy concerns) having to check-in everyone who might visit is a bit too much for my taste.

The hotel is modern with nice finishes as it has only opened in the last year or so, it was also extremely clean both in the rooms as well as the overall hotel areas like the lobby. The facilities were great, especially the coin laundry (which was 50 ntd for washing which included detergent, and 10 ntd for 7 minutes of drying) and the ice machine which were getting plenty of use from all the guests. The room was comfortable and the AC worked well - the room was well-kept, no signs of repeated usage and having the toilet seperate from the bathroom is handy should you be travelling with someone else. It was in a great location in ximen, 1 minute from the main ximen tourist/shopping area and a few minutes walk from ximen mrt station. It was also in a great location for the Airport Express Train at Taipei Main Station - a quick & cheap cab/uber ride away if you do not want to walk, take the MRT or bus. The staff were also extremely helpful and always greeted guests when they walked by throughout the day. Overall this is one of the best places I have stayed!

The front desk staffs were so professional and so helpful. They fulfilled anything we asked for like asking for a cab to the airport. Asking for money exchange, they directed us to a better rate at the bank 3 blocks down. Hotel was so clean and quiet. You can't hear next room. We stayed by the elevator and we don't hear anything when we sleep. Excellent hotel 2 blocks to Ximending Night Market. Taxi always downstairs waiting. Laundry was awesome. Wash fast and dry fast too. My kids and their grandma stayed in a triple bed room and my husband and I stayed in a 2 twin beds room.

Just wished they had a pool but it really didn't change our expectation with the hotel.

Perfect location, about 10 mins walk to Ximen MRT Station and maybe 15 mins to Taipei Main Station (Where you can get the Taoyuan Airport MRT). The hotel main entrance in at the right side of the building, this is only a lobby, you take the lift up to the 6th floor for Reception. I booked for a high floor and got the 28th floor with a great view at the river side. The room was very good, modern, separate toilet and reasonable sized. They supplied pajamas and slippers in the room and all the essential toiletries can be got on the 6th floor in reception in a well layout display cabinet. There is a laundry room also on the 6th floor where you can do your own washing and drying (X3 washing machines and X3 dryers) they take coins only. The breakfast was fabulous with both continental and Taiwan cuisine. They supply free bottles of water and Tea/Coffee at the end of reception up till 10pm. There was also a kittle in the room with a safe. Ximen is a great area for eating, drinks and shopping, very lively at night time.

Loved the location, cleanliness and professional staff! The hotel is situated along the main road and right next to Ximending! Super easy to just pop by the popular shopping street and lug our shopping loot back to the hotel. Love how the lobby in the hotel is equipped with a self cloak room where you can lock up your luggages after checking out and a drinks bar where you can chill in the lobby with a cup of coffee/tea. The hotel also provides 2 bottles of water everyday. No noise pollution can be heard from our room despite being in the midst of a busy street.

Our room was alittle small, couldnt open up my 28inch luggage properly and still have space to walk around the bed.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff is exceptional, very friendly and helpful. The room had a great view to the city and it was very well equipped. The breakfast was amazing, i loved the japanese approach.

I didnt quite like how strict they were with the check in time. I absolutely understand the whole thing tho. Also it was very cold in the breakfast room.

New and modern decor. Japanese toilet bowls are a plus. Great location near the ximending night market and train station.

Room and bed can be bigger. Drop off point should be sheltered and made more obvious
