The location: The location is unbeatable. It's right in the heart of the Ximending area, which has a lot of shops and restaurants. Its walking distance to the 'Red House' which is a must-visit in Taipei. The Ximending station is close to the main station Taipei which connects you to wherever you want to go in Taipei. The location makes the hotel the best to stay in Taipei if you want to do sightseeing there. The room: The room was actually a lot bigger than I had expected. 19 sqm. This means there was plenty of space for the bags and it didn't feel small or tight. The room was very pleasant to stay in. Staff: The front desk was friendly and accommodating.

Finding the location: We had a hard time finding the location. It's not obvious from Google Maps, so we had to ask some people where to find it. The hotel lift has 2 entrances, and it's in one of the alleys. What the hotel could do better here is invest in better signage for people looking for the hotel to make it easier to find, or put the directions on Google Maps.

The location is near to the Station and there is the famous Ah Zong Mian Xian just below the hotel. There are a few Taiwan eateries and good choice for breakfast nearby. There is indeed a KTV 1 level below and you can hear music when back in the hotel but usually the music will stops by 9pm/10pm. The music doesnt bothers me since its only loud in the afternoon when i am back from my shopping. The room is spacious enough, room is overall clean and for the price and location, all good for me!

The bath room has no door to separate from wet and dry. And the floor has high steps to go up the toilet and down to the bedroom. Not ideal if bringing parent.

I really appreciated the fact that they have left the key to our door, and informed us, since our arrival was at a very early time in the morning. We were able to rest comfortably after a long flight because of that. Also, the Ximending night market is literally right below the hotel. Talk about convenience

As a foreigner, I am not used to not having a bidet on the toilet. This was the only struggle I had with my stay

Lots of free amenities, bed super comfy, the location was great and employees were very helpful. Close to the metro station with lots of connections.

Only minor comments. The carpet in the entryway was quite stained (the rest of the room had hardwood floors so it was all good). The bathroom seems to need a better vend system, the humidity left dark marks on the white ceiling. During the day you can hear music from a dance studio below but they stop at a reasonable time, it wasn‘t much of a bother

I really like the location. Just 2mins walk from Ximen Station. The room is clean and big. Btw, i booked the superior double room. And the staff are really nice. I like the lighting, the aircon and the water pressure, everything is just perfect. Thank you for making my vacation smooth and hassle free.

The staff was very friendly and welcomed us with some light snacks. Most important is the bed was so comfy and the laundry service was free of charge in the premise. Water dispenser is available and variety of hot drinks from 7am till night making the stay perfect!

Airport Transfer from hotel to the airport, the driver change the proce due to the waiting? But we agreed in another waiting time. So dissapointing

The location. You just go down and Ay chung noodles is just in the corner and 3 mins walk to ximen station.

Price was not worth it and the walls are dirty. No table or chairs on our room which cost around PHP5000 per night. Expensive than 4 star hotel. It’s fine if it’s only around 3k per night.

The lobby staffs were so nice, They always greet us everytime we by the lobby. The room was so huge, complete amenities. Very accommodating staffs. Rooms were clean. Very very convenient location. 9.5/10

Location. Cleaning services everyday. Spacious. Free water. Best service.

I wish they offered more toiletries like toothbrushes. Also, cloth iron. However, very minimal and would stay again!
