The reception staff are all very friendly and supportive despite our minor language barriers. But i doesn't mind as long as we use Google Translate. I would wish to commend a reception staff named Andrew for his exceptional customer service provided to me. I lost my phone while doing my sightseeing in Taipei and had to go back to my hotel to seek assistance from the reception staff on duty which was Andrew. I explained my situation and he understood immediately and offered to make several calls in his language to my phone while tracking my phone's location. Despite the safe health measures in place, he allowed me to sit behind the reception to use their work computer to check my phone location. He was very understanding and accommodating to my uneventful situation. With his kind help, I managed to retrieve my phone. I don't normally write a lengthy review but I just had to do it out of gratitude. Thank you so much, Andrew! He deserves a pay raise and promotion! Location is of course excellent, just next to the subway entrance (西門)! As for the room condition, it was pretty clean and spacious. My request for a room with windows was granted. As I booked it at a short notice, I was not too particular as long as it was clean and has a good view. And it was just nice that the room windows were facing the Red House (紅樓). It was really a good view. Bathroom and toilet were also clean.

I only have 2 minor complaints about the room.. 1. There are a very few bed bugs (maybe 5 or so) which caused some minor itching on my legs but it was not too serious. Hopefully the bedsheets and mattresses could be thoroughly cleaned out. 2. The bathroom floor was always flooding with water after 10 mins of showering as the drain seems to be slowly draining. I think it's a common problem in Taiwan? I am not sure.

The location of the property is perfect! Train station is just outside the building and the Ximending night market is just outside the building.

First, the bed is not so comfortable. Second, the CR don't have bidet and don't provide privacy. Lastly, it's messy beneath the bed. I was surprised with all the accumulated dust and even old hotel slippers from a previous guest is under the bed.

location is near the exit 6 of mrt ximen atation. aircon is OK, room is clean. they supply bottled water everyday. they clean the room everyday. staff are courteous.

there is no bidet and big mirror. I'm looking for microwave to reheat our food, however, it is not available. :-(

the location was great, easy to access the MRT, the walking street is next to the buidling. The hotel has its own elevator, access to your floor by the key card.

The wall is not sound approve, you can hear chatting word from the next room.

Generally., it’s a very strategic location as the MRT is just below you. Also walking distance to those famous restaurants in XiMenDing and nearby attractions. In terms of the hotel room. Cleanliness is good and they have room cleaning services. Water heater and Aircond also working perfectly and they do have an electric boiler, hair dryer, mini fridge and a functioning locker. Price wise, affordable and reasonable with the amount of amenities that you received.

Not all the room have windows. But this can be mitigated as they install many ventilation to ensure the air flow.

The location is superb. Our second time staying here. We requested higher floor and with windows, its based on availability and they tried their best to assist us. The property were renovated compare with last year, which made it more comfortable. House keeping changed our towel and 2 bottles of water eveyday, even we didn't request for cleaning, so nice of them! Thank You for the awesome stay and keep up the good work!

One of the best features of this location is its easy accessibility to the metro station, making it highly convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, being close to Ximending Market means you can enjoy vibrant street life, shopping, and delicious local food just a short walk away.

The location is superb! Just right outside of ximen exit 6 which is not only a minute walk away but surrounded by shopping and ammenities.

I do feel that this hotel has thin walls, we could hear laughter from next door which was a bit offputting especially when we are sleeping

Location is superb, staff was very helpful especially the night shift one. Bed is a bit hard but overall we had a very nice time in ximending and it's so convenient to use the mrt because all the exits are so close. Breakfast easy to find and night market, pubs and shopping all walking distance, very close and not complicated.

Double Bed, it's hard cos 2 single beds mashed together, the middle of the bed can hurt if you are a couple, just try to not sleep or do anything in the middle of the bed, go to the either side.
