Good location, very near to the Ximen station. Room was tight but cozy.

Walls are quite thin with hardly any noise insulation, I could hear everything that went on outside. Instead of in-house breakfast, I was given breakfast vouchers which I can redeem from either MOS burger or Louisa Coffee, none of which are exactly near the hotel. I’d have preferred that the cost of breakfast be deducted from my room rates and I will sort out my own breakfast. I only ended up using 1 voucher out of the 3 given to me.

Central location at Ximending.

Breakfast is served offsite at MOS burger. Could have just offer a simple breakfast in the refreshment room in the basement or at least have MOS burger delivered the food there for guests to pick up. Then again, some people do not take breakfast then this is not a concern.

Location was close to buses, subway, restaurants and Carrefour. Hotel provided free water refills, drinks, fruit and snacks. Was able to do laundry close by. Friendly staff members who spoke English. Hotel even provided unit so I could cast my Netflix to the tv.

My room was small. Room could get really stuffy.

The location is within walking distance to Ximending and the metro station. There is also a free pantry at basement 1. Free dispensable water and free tea bag is available on every odd level (1,3,5,7,9,11)

Need to manage the expectation of the room space but it is still possible for walking space after opening the luggage If you need to use the washing machine, you will need to go to another Orange Hotel branch and is only limit from 9am to 9pm. So not so useful for tourists who intend to do some laundry at the end of the day It will be interesting if the hotel can collaborate the breakfast with local food store as well other than MOS Burger and Louisa

Very near to train station. The only exit from train station that has lift access is exit 6. From exit 6, just need to cross the road and walk 2 mins to reach hotel. Nearest train exit is exit 1 where you don't need to cross the road.

Hotel is on the pricier side. If they don't give breakfast coupons, maybe they can be cheaper? When I book the hotel, there wasn't such option though. I only used one breakfast coupon throughout my stay, so it is abit wasted. Also, my room is a double bed and is supposed to be for 2 pax. I stayed alone and find that the place is pretty decent for one person. I think it might be a little small for 2 pax. But maybe the hotel know it is just one person and give a smaller room. But I am not complaining. It is a decent clean nice room.

Location: the nearest metro station is Ximen, just one stop away from Taipei Main Station. The nearest exit (Exit 1) doesn't have a lift, so I exited from Exit 6 (across the road) when travelling with my luggage. Very close to the Ximending night market/ shopping district. Room: very clean and well-maintained. The hotel doesn't provide single-use toiletries/ consumables (e.g. bedroom slippers/ toothbrush set) in the room, but you can collect them from the front desk. Lounge/ Pantry: located at B1, there are fruits, yogurts, chips, coffee etc. provided for free. Staff: very helpful and responsive.

Price: the room rate is on the higher side.

The hotel is located in Ximen. A lot of good food around. It is surprisingly not noisy at night. The staffs are so friendly! We landed on a typhoon day and they helped us a lot. It is very close to the metro station.

However, the breakfast is not inside the hotel. They give you coupons to go to some cafes to exchange the breakfast which is a bit annoying since you have to walk there and take more time. The room is very small and there is no luggage rack. You open your luggage on the floor.

The location is around the corner for Ximen center and subway. Many restaurants, shops, and Carrefour nearby.

We booked the bunk bed room, the bed stairs are not that easy to go up and down.

I liked that though the bed is listed as a double, there are pads/cushions all around the matress until the walls. it gives the feeling of a much bigger bed. Also, sparkling water machine!!!

When we were checking out, it was still 10 mins from the check out time, and the cleaning lady shouted at us, banged on the door. It's an unfortunate ending to tarnish an exceptional stay.

Location: 10 - a minute away from the famous Ximending Shopping District and the train station Room: 10 - beds are comfy, bathroom is clean and water pressure is strong Service: 10 - staff are friendly and can speak fluent english so it's easier for tourists to communicate

Nothing from the hotel! Weather though was unfortunate, it rained all throughout our stay and we only had sunshine on our last day. But overall the trip was memorable and fun!
