very good location and helpful staff

some of the rooms only have a glass divider between the room and toilet/bathroom (that doesn't even reach the ceiling!). Some rooms have a normal bathroom so I would suggest requesting a normal bathroom.

Clean and comfy. We stayed here in 2019 and it was well-maintained because it does not look old even after 6 years. The temp of the hot shower was easy to manage. The water pressure is strong. The aircon temp was very cool. There is complimentary water, small ref, enough bathroom tissue. Shampoo and body wash were provided, but the shampoo is not that smooth. You may want to bring your own brand or at least a conditioner. There is water refilling station at the common are as well as microwave and some complimentary coffee and tea. Close proximity to the heart of Ximending, near MRT Exit 6.

The toilet door is sliding, shared with the shower room. It is not suited for tall people. But our friends were abe to stay at rooms with separate doors and more leg room. It would be better if there is bidet.

Location is extremely central and convenient, right on the doorstep of Ximending. The hotel also had a hot water/cold water dispenser, microwave in the lobby which was free to use for guests. Even though the hotel is right next to a bar, I didn’t find noise to be an issue for me (perhaps I was lucky and it wasn’t rowdy on the few days I stayed here).

I wanted to use the laundry facilities in the hotel, but wasn’t aware it’s only available from 9am-9pm. Not too convenient as I mostly wanted to do laundry in the evening after coming back from a day of exploring, so I ended up using a 24hr coin laundry 5min walk away.

Hotel is in the middle of shopping area and very close to subway exit. It can be accessed seamlessly from airport. Room are not too tight and have every necessary equipment. They don't serve breakfast but still have a little conner for hot beverage and microwave at the lobby. (and there are plenty nice local breakfast shop around the hotel) Staff are nice and speak English very well.

Bathroom have a weird design for me and have a little imperfection here and there. Hair dryer wind is weak so it is take time to dry your hair but I guess it have something to do with electric power in general. The room wall is a bit thin that you may hear running water from the next room. But nothing is a big deal and we still have a very nice and cozy stay.

The location is unbeatable, 2min walk to Ximen MRT exit 6 and 1min into Ximen market main street. The entrance is located in a small short alleyway. Hotel room wise - we had one with a window and it was corner room so noise was not a concern at all. It was clean and provided all basic necessities - bath towels and hand towels (replaced daily), clean sheats and comfortable pillow, hairdryer etc. They also provide 2 free bottles of water a day which was a huge plus, and receptionist was very friendly and provided us with cutlery when we required it for our takeaway food. Overall was initailly hesistant about this place due to the reviews but was very pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and location of this hotel! They also allow you to store your luggage with them if its before or after check in/out hours

No big minus points, just that the toilet door is extremely close to the toilet bowl, makes sitting on the toilet bowl quite difficult and if you're >1.75m sitting may actually be difficult unless you leave the door open... pretty sure they have other rooms with a different set up that you can request to avoid this. Initially there was no smoke smell at all (non-smoking room), but at about day 2-3 we could smell a faint whiff of smoke, think it was coming from possibly outside the hotel or another hotel guest, but the room has a good fan system so it wasn't much of a bother.

I stay here every time I visit Taipei. It's very convenient since it's just a minute walk from Ximen MRT exit 6. It is also at the heart of Ximending night market. Almost everything you might need for a short trip is just a walk away from this place. What I like most about this is that it's just a small hotel so it's not crowded and noisy. The hotel staff are always helpful and they communicate well too. Always my go-to hotel in Taiwan.

The shower room and the toilet share the same door and the pillows go flat and are slightly uncomfortable. But those are just minor inconveniences and it doesn't usually affect my overall experience.

I like the very fact that it’s within Ximending area which is a touristy part of Taipei. It’s very accessible since it’s near the metro and there’s also alot of good restaurants to choose from. It also has hot and cold shower. The room was cleaned everyday. It’s very convenient if you’re travelling with big luggages since they also have an elevator. The wifi connection is decent. They were very kind to let us leave our luggages before check-in time.

The wifi sometimes has poor connection. If you’re sensitive to noise, then I don’t think this hotel is for you since their rooms are not soundproof, though it doesn’t really get too loud. No bidet. Late check-in time.

The location was just two minutes walk from Ximen MRT station. The 24 hours reception was much helpful. The centralized AC was perfect all the time with little breeze and the soft sound. The bed was comfortable. The room is so cozy that even though I came to see Taipei , I didn’t wanted to go out and wanted to stay more in the room ..

The toilet is little small but the clean bathroom compensate that. The room is small and compact and just enough for a stay near to all the activities

Location is fantastic, 5min walk to Ximen Station. Toilet is so clean. Comfortable bed. Spacious room at level 1. Staff are friendly. Water dispenser, microwave and toaster available at lobby.

The walls are thin and opt for windowless if u prefer a quiet room. Small hotel thus only the small lobby to rest while waiting to leave after checkout.

The Hotel is located just next to the Ximending Walking District (西门町徒步区) make it very convenient for us to access. and near to the Ximending MRT Station（西门町捷运站）and also near to many bus stations that we could easily travel to other districts, Bathroom cleanliness is a plus, good shower and ready with hot water.

Room are slightly smaller than the picture shown, hard to move around in the room due to little space for our 3-4 luggages. pillows are a bit thin and only 2 are provided (we requested additional pillow which they happily provide us), there are lounge and pubs next to the hotel, so at busy night a bit noisy with people singing loudly (bearable).
