Excellent location, walk to The Red House is just 2 minutes, and Ximending food street or Uniqlo is just 5 minutes. Spacious room and quiet place, liner and bed are comfortable, air condition can be adjusted in the room, beds and floor cleanliness level is above expectation, shower hot water and cold water is working well, all staffs are kind with a smile and helpful. They accept baggage storage before check-in and even after check-out.

The elevator is small and feels very crowded with 2 people and 2 suitcases. I live on the 2nd floor, there are few steps of a stairway from the elevator to my room, the hotel built a slide pathway, need to pull suitcases up and down. I would also like to suggest the hotel to put a weight scale for baggage in the lobby, as you know, Taipei or just even Ximending is a great place for shopping.

The room is very clean. It is really near ximending station you just have to check all the shortcuts on the map. The staff are very helpful with all my request including early giving of breakfast because our tour starts at 7-7:30am. They even let us borrowed their weighing scale. they gave us everyday 4 new bottled water. Better to use google translate if you are a foreigner so the staff could understand you better but they were really accommodating and really helpful

Seems the wifi connection lost sometimes but internet was fast.

The staff was really nice! Especially the one I get to talk to here on booking.com! They would always greet us when we pass by the lobby. They were also very accommodating whenever we requested something (flat iron, they even gave us the ironing board, we also borrowed scissors and a weighting scale) and would just tell us to leave them outside! The place was nice, and they would ask if you'd like your room to be cleaned! (Plus points for that) The room was nice and perfect for me and my partner, and it was quite spacious, so we had our luggage open, and there's still some space to go around. There weren't any bed bugs, and the air conditioning was awesome. There's cabinet and a bunch of drawers! They give free water and tissue for us to use (plus the hotel toiletries). The towels were clean! We had a face towel and a body towel. The area of the hotel is so accessible to everything. There's a 7-11 and family mart nearby, a bunch of local restaurants can be found across the hotel, and it's a few minute walk to the mrt (Ximen station) and to a bunch of famous tourist destinations (XIMEN NIGHT MARKET, RED HOUSE ETC.) 100/10 would recommend and would definitely come back!

-The bathroom hairdryer was a bit janky (it would work for a few seconds and wouldn't after some time then it wouldn't turn on) -There's a bit of moisture in a certain part of the CR but if you aren't picky like us, it was totally fine There's not much things that I didn't like because it was such a pleasant experienceqq

Situated in a great location just steps away from Ximending's shops, restaurants, bars & Ximen Station. The hotel is very basic however, the staffs are super helpful and very accomadating. The only thing is the current construction next door so be mindful if you are a light sleeper, do ask for a room on another side of the building.

Excellent location in Ximen. Nice room even though it was next to a busy street. Good bathroom. The staff was very friendly and uncomplicated handling the late checkout.

AC and noise insulation could be a bit better. Not bad by any means though

They dont have bidet spray so its very inconvenient when you do your thing 🤣

The location is super B, close to the heart of Ximending but in a more quiet area. The room was clean and big enough for two people. Beds were really comfortable.

The windows and walls are too thin and you can hear the cars or a drunk guest at 4 am throwing up like he was possessed by the girl of the exorcist.

Location is ideal for shopping and dining. Walking distance to train stations and bus stations from the airport to Ximending area.

Bathroom needs refurbishing. A bidet is most welcome.
