The staff were so helpful especially the young lady that checked us in. She was so kind and very accommodating. I was so happy that we were able to communicate properly because she speak english fluently! So satisfied with the services and also the free snacks and drinks!

Based on the photos, I thought our room would have a window. It’s no big deal for me but it is a bit misleading.

The hotel was conveniently located in Ximending, with a 7-11 right in front and plenty of nearby restaurants and cafés, which was a major plus for us. The hotel receptionists were accommodating and friendly. We also appreciated the free unlimited snacks and coffee available in the lobby.

The location is very great! Few mins walk to Ximending and close to MRT stations. They offer free coffee and chips!! And also, the staff are very attentive and responsive

Love the location. It is very near everything esp Ximen station. Our room is being cleaned everyday. There is also free coffee and snacks at the lounge area.

Pricey if you book on weekends but weekday rates are reasonable.

Clean and spacious enough

Family complained the check in took too long due to the lack of manpower. Otherwise everything was good.

They are responsive in messages and assisted us with our pickup. The receptionist was kind enough to let us check in at 2pm as we had an early flight. Bed is comfy, aircon is working. Internet is good. Bath tub is a plus as you can soak after a tiring day. They have water daily and snacks available. Hotel is walking distance to ximending and really worth out budget.

A bilt moldy but tolerable. There is noise sometimes due to construction and good thing we are outside while they have works underway.

Accessibility of the area. All the staff are very accommodating. Facility is good.

This is our second stay at this hotel, which is very near Ximending and most of the trains. They provided water, unlimited hot drinks, biscuits, and chips. They cleaned our room every other day and replaced the wet towels. The Wi-Fi is also good. We will definitely come back!

We didnt have breakfast at the hotel. We only stay for 1 night but if I only knew how nice the hotel and hotel staff was, I would extend my stay. The location was great because it was near ximending. The area is near from any local and international restaurants or fast food. Overall, I would recommend this place and if I ever come back again this hotel would be one of my list to go to.

It has an old hotel vibe, the hallways are a bit dim lighted. The staff there are great and very accomodating their services are at par with Philippine hotels but you need to have google translate because their english is limited. The location of the hotel is a bit far from Ximending MRT Station, you have to walk 3-5mins to get to the hotel. I got no problem with walking though but with the seniors who will choose this hotel this would be great for an alternative hotel if ever those hotels near the MRT station is not up to yout budget.

Hotel provided to me the room without window, not the same as in pics. I have a phobia of room without window. The staff promised to change room on next day, but on the next day they didn’t ask me again, I was also lazy to pack my luggage just for 1 night, so I took it as it was.
