The room was clean and spacious. We specially appreciated the comfortable beds. The location was also great, very central and surrounded by shops and commercial establishments. The cleaning service was also great as we came home to refreshed seats and towels every night. Over all, great experience and will definitely book again should we find ourselves in Taiwan again.

The staff were polite and courteous. Except for perhaps this one isolated incident where the person at reception was arguing aggressively with someone on the phone and we had to wait for almost 10 minutes before he gave us our keys.

Very helpful staff. Convenient location, close to Ximen MRT, lots of eateries and shops without the chaos. Overall cleanliness, especially in the bathroom (whereas floors could have been much cleaner). Fresh towels every day. Fridge in the room.

The price: I would choose this place again if the room was cheaper. At 130 a night in full winter for one person, my expectations are higher. Floors were dirty. My room was very small, no room to swing a cat (I was assigned a double room facing the rear of the building). Worked for me as a solo traveller but I had no where to sit and no where to hang clothes (apart from a coat hanger). My window literally faced a wall. Breakfast was pretty dire, I grabbed mine elsewhere.

- Superb location ,close to bus stop , MRT, in the middle of Ximen. - Close to many recommended street & local food. - Have got bath tub, cozy bed, free complementary water 2 bottles everyday. - Moderate room size, small shower room. - Friendly & warm welcome staff. - The hotel is in list of 'Lucky draw - accomodation', DEC2024* You can apply the voucher cover your stay. (As staff said from 01Jan2025, there would have no disposal amenity provided for guest.)

- Have got only air conditioning (no heater) cannot adjust temperature, only fan speed can do. Too cold in Dec. (I cannot feel of different btw speed 1&2). - Not sound proof, I can hear noise outside & from the street all night.(I stay on the 2nd floor) - The hotel provide only 1 key & recommended to return the reception every time we go outside. - Dust - Stain on window - You have to go up&down the stair about 5steps to the hotel entrance. If you have got a large luggages, it will be trouble. - You can leave your luggage at hotel before check in & after check out..but over night will be charged.

The Staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and our room was super clean thanks to the wonderful ayi, It was awesome, nothing beats a clean hotel room when travelling. Wifi was great. Location was perfect, very close to Ximen Station. The hotel also gave us a head up about on going renovations at the time of booking, which was great!

Not much, even with the hotel undergoing some renovation works. BUT the hotel gave us a heads up about this when booking the room. So this was to be expected and as morning people this was not an issue for us and the noise level wasnt so bothersome. It may be an inconvinience for others!

Location, close to MRT particularly the Ximen Station and walking distance to the Ximending Night Market. Next is the Cleanliness of the Hotel, the Room that we got was clean and they also do room service daily. Lastly the Staff was nice and friendly. *you can also leave your luggage if you got there earlier than Check-in and also after your check out! Because the check-in is kinda late than usual hotels.

This hotel is near all the restaurant and hotel just next to Carrefour supermarket, very convenient, just the staircase in the entrance really not convenient for old ppl and big luggage tourists, the staff is very friendly n helpful, especially a young boy, he always gives us good advice. Room is very clean. Is recommended hotel.

Great location between Ximen and the big temple. The comforters had a nice heavy but airy quality. Very comfortable blankets. You can store your luggage for free until 11pm after checking out.

The beds were on the stiffer side. The bathroom had an old water smell, maybe from the shower curtain. Some mold in the bathroom. The window in my room only showed another building's wall

room 407 is PERFECT! ROOM 408 is almost perfect. Beddings and towels are super clean. Room is quite big and we love the toilet super spacious and the bath tub. My family really enjoy the stay. Location is perfect! Hotel is surrounded by local foods and convenient store. Local grocery is beside the hotel much cheaper it's 24/7.

AC in room 408 is not functioning well the hotel knows it because when we arrived fan is available. No ramp going to the hotel lobby for the luggages when we arrived and check out, but it is a small things for us since we are still young but the hotel need to give assistance especially for the elders.

the front desk is very helpful. one young guy who is slim and fair exceptionally helpful to answer all my queries and even booked taxi and even helped me to carry luggage down to the taxi. bravo.

can't flush toilet paper into the bowl.
