the size of the room is definitely bigger than i expected. and the staff was pretty friendly. and the wifi connection is good. they offer good quality of slippers for you to use during your stay.

maybe i didnt expect the bathroom to be the same with shower room, which can feel super tiny. and it's by everyone at the same time, didnt separate by male and females.

Possibility for affordable price to have single room even if commodity are shared. Close to Taipei main station and closer to green and blue MRT lines.

I got issue on first day with a faulty key card (very hard.to access room and power). The issue was fixed on next day by calling support which made the reception automate to emit a new keycard.

My heart sank when the staff said they had bad news, we had no room because the air conditioning was broken. Instead they upgraded us to a bigger room, better location, earlier check in for the same price at Gurgis Hotel. The staff was lovely and even bought my laundry to my new hotel. Bad news was a blessing in disguise!! The location is just fantastic for the price!! Right outside the station and taxi. A few metres are way from ximending shopping.

The lift was dirty, and it was a little noisy from the busy road.

Location and very nice room, perfect for someone who will be and out and about and just needs something decent and modest to sleep. Renovations were very nice.

Broken cleaning button. Staff couldn't speak english or really looped in. Had to go to management

On my remaining 2 days stay the wifi didn't reach my room. I wasn't able to communicate as I was outside all day and just stayed at night for work.

Location and price value is insane. Ximen for NT3k for 3 nights. Towel service, good AC.

Bed left a lot to be desired, and it was like a five minute walk to the bathroom. But really can’t complain beyond that.

Easy self check-in, accepts debit and credit card. Room was okay and really comfortable. I like it. Just a bit of walk going to Ximending area but you'll have lots of stores you can stop by.

there was a 7/11 convenience store beside and very near to the ximending street, restaurants, shopping and Ximen MRT and Bus stations

the hallway is narrow but because of the price it is reasonable

Location. Just 300m away from Ximen Station. Best accomodation for introvert. You check-in and out with their machine. No human intervention
